The 'China Model' and the WEF

For decades Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum (WEF) has been recruiting and cultivating corporate and political leaders from all over the world to embrace a vision and plan for a complete social, political, and economic transformation -- a “Great Reset” -- which is nothing short of a communist “New World Order.” This plan calls for the end of sovereign states; the end of private property and the remaking of the economy based on environmental, social, and governance rankings; the replacement of oil and gas with so-called green and sustainable sources of energy; the transformation of agricultural production; the replacement of traditional money with social credit score-linked digital currency; and the requirement of universal health passports -- to name some key WEF objectives.

After the G20 meeting in Indonesia on November 15-16, 2022, WEF chairman Klaus Schwab broadcast on CGTN TV that “the Chinese model is certainly a very attractive model…” For Schwab, China is the model because the totality of its social controls is what is needed to facilitate the Great Reset. So, let’s recap the main elements of the Chinese model and then examine the correlation to the WEF program.

China is a one-party state ruled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which now has the distinction, along with North Korea, of having the most complete totalitarian control over its people of any state in all human history. The CCP has now accomplished:

• the near total control of peoples’ thinking and knowledge of history through state control of schools, the internet, and all media
• the control of people’s behavior through a digital currency controlled by the state with accounts for every Chinese citizen -- accounts that the government can turn off when account holder’s social credit score drops or when the account holder travels outside a zone prescribed by government
• the control of people by requiring universal health passports
• the control of people by way of wall-to-wall facial-recognition camera surveillance

The China model has also embraced a “zero-COVID” policy, wherein citizens have been put under virtual house arrest for months, making it impossible to even go out to buy food -- all for the cause of achieving zero COVID cases. The world just got a glimpse of the powder keg that is China when the simmering grievances against this draconian zero-COVID policy erupted in unprecedented street protests all over the country on November 25, 2022, after ten people burned alive in a high-rise apartment in the city of Urumqui. These deaths were the direct result of government’s policy of enforced quarantines that that included welding apartment doors shut to prevent escape.

Jacinda Ardern, the present prime minister of New Zealand was first elected MP in 2008 when she was twenty-eight, the same year she was elected to be the president of the International Union of Socialist Youth, a role which also took her on a China visit. She was first chosen for the WEF Young Global Leaders program in 2014. In her first term as prime minister, Ardern was faced with making leadership decisions as COVID-19 arrived in New Zealand in late February 2020. Her draconian lockdown policies were among the most severe among nations -- so much so that some charged her with purposely trying to see just how much control a “democracy” could hold over the people.

It’s really past the time that people recognize that the elite capture, influence, and control from Chinese communists and that of the clubby cult of Klaus Schwab and the WEF are two fronts of the same irregular war. If they are not rejected and stopped freedom will be lost.

It has been three years since I watched that video. If you go to the 9:00, there is a discussion of the role of the CCP vs. the sovereign nation of China. They are two separate entities. The Communist Party controls the military and Police, and they control all information, yet they are not the sovereign government of China. It is clear that the CCP is the role model for the Democrat Party in America. The Democrat Party is working towards the Chinese model. They want to continue be "just a Party", but they want to be the only Party, and especially be in control of the military and propaganda.

COVID mandates were a method to weed out the military, police, etc. of people who would not be subservient and loyal to the Democrats.

Xi Jinping is the President of the People's Republic of China. That is the sovereign nation. But his real power comes from being General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party. No doubt the Democrats envy that arrangement.

His influential book “Red Star over China” (1937) painted a glowing portrait of Mao & the CCP. “CBDC can allow government agencies and private sector players to program — to create smart contracts — to allow targeted policy functions. For example, welfare payment; for example, consumption coupons; for example, food stamps,” said Li.

“By programming CBDC, those [sic] money can be precisely targeted for what kind of people can own and what kind of use this money can be utilized,” he added.

Li also noted that institutions could take advantage of CBDC transactional data by following the model of Communist China where “non-traditional data can be very useful for financial service providers to give me a credit score.”

Bill Gates and Xi Jinping met Friday, marking the Chinese leader’s first known one-on-one meeting with a Western business figure in years.

Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft (MSFT) and world’s fifth-richest man, is in Beijing this week for his first trip to the Chinese capital since 2019, before the pandemic.

During their meeting, Xi called on Gates to help promote US-China relations, greeting the tech tycoon warmly. “I am very happy to see you. We haven’t seen each other for more than three years … and you are an old friend of ours,” Xi said, according to Chinese state media.

China syndrome: Granholm latest Biden official to raise eyebrows in dealings with Beijing

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm is the latest in a string of Biden administration officials to come under scrutiny for meeting with Chinese Communist Party officials after newly uncovered records show she met twice with a Chinese energy official days before announcing the U.S. would tap into the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to combat high gas prices.

Energy Department records obtained by the watchdog Americans for Public Trust last week show that Granholm spoke with China National Energy Administration Chairman Zhang Jianhua, a longtime Chinese Communist Party official, on Nov. 19, 2021, and again on Nov. 22, 2021.

It is unclear what Granholm discussed with Zhang, but the watchdog pointed out how days after the meetings, on Nov. 23, 2021, the White House announced that 50 million barrels of oil from the SPR would be released. The Biden administration sold at least two million barrels from the reserves to UNIPEC, a Texas-based oil and gas company affiliated with the state-controlled China Petrochemical Corporation.

Over the past year, the Biden administration's seemingly cozy relationship with China on energy issues has been made more evident.

Meanwhile, the watchdog released Granholm's calendar revealing the previously unknown meetings with Zhang the same day Just the News published text messages provided to the FBI showing that another Chinese state-controlled energy company, CEFC China Energy, had been trying to pursue a relationship with the Biden family since 2015, when Joe Biden was vice president. Documents released by Congress show that the Biden family received millions of dollars in payments from the company.

Biden has had a cordial relationship with China for years, extending well beyond the energy sector.
