One problem with Andrew Yang's basic income proposal

Andrew Yang proposes a $1,000 basic income per month. Crooks will get multiple identities posing for an example as 5 different people. This person would get $5,000 per month and over 12 months $60,000 a year and space it over 10 years that’s $600,000. It will work for the crooks because bureaucracy is so inept.

I feel if Yang were to ever become president, whether its for 4 years or 8, not a single person is going to get a UBI check in their mailbox.

Either bureaucrats are too lazy to hand them out or they are too lazy to prevent fraud.
