California lawmakers pass bill banning the use of wild and exotic animals at circuses

The California State Legislature passed a bill Wednesday that would ban the use of wild and exotic animals from circuses.
Senate Bill 313, which specifically bans the use of bears, tigers, elephants, monkeys or other wild animals in circus acts, now heads to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) desk for a potential signature, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The bill was approved Wednesday by unanimous vote without debate.

That is the result of grievance group political coalitions.

Every single uptight $#@! with a bitch to pitch now gets his personal ground axe banned.

And with a super-majority uni-party, there is no stopping it.

Ban your cookstove, ban your car, ban your circus, ban your steak, ban your smokes...the list is endless.

Once they get done, about the only things you'll be permitted to do is smoke dope, engage in hommosexual sex and eat your Soylent Green.

The stated reason was that the animals were being mistreated, some sort of proof of treatment either from the state or 3rd party could resolve that. Let the free market decide if people want to see animal shows.
