"The economy's totally great, right?"

"Right, I mean the data is trending downward, but this is the strongest economy ever!"

"The media never gives Trump credit, sad..."

"Totally, but the media can talk the country into a recession."

"Oh, for sure, the Dems would love that. If there's a recession, that'll be why."

"Yes, I'm convinced. Are you convinced?"

"Yep."

Brace yourself for similar nonsense as the situation deteriorates.
