    Marxists Oppose Gun Control

Apparently the Marxists have a better understanding of the 2nd Amendment than most conservatives.

Its reverse psychology. In the 60's all the racists in chicago/government could not wait to pass the FOID act. They needed to stop those negroes from getting guns - officer discretion would be used for the whites. As @jmdrake said in another thread, gun laws were born out of racism.

Now, we have those evil socialists - so what better way to get gun control into the minds of causal, fox watching conservatives? Evil socialists with guns...

    Gulag Chief:
"Article 58-1a, twenty five years... What did you get it for?"
Gulag Prisoner: "For nothing at all."
Gulag Chief: "You're lying... The sentence for nothing at all is 10 years"

Marx himself was very much in favor of gun rights. This whole bourgeois, pampered, college kid, SJW "Marxism" is a shadow of what was once a formidable force in world politics.

Most Marxists do support gun control.

    Indeed

The history of the French or Russian revolutions is instructive.

Pre-revolution it's all complaints about censorship, tyrannical police, etc.

Post-revolution it's...silence...because the opposition have been unceremoniously liquidated.

    Hence, the "until" rhetoric:
Until we disarm law enforcement, civilians must be able to access the same weaponry to protect themselves.
It was pretty clumsy of them to just come right out and say it, though ...

I guess they figure public school has served its purpose.

Now you know what I'm so worked up about.

As you should be as well.

WE, every one of us here, ARE the opposition.

And we ARE targeted for liquidation.

Libertarians will be at the end of the list, for the reason that we're politically irrelevant.

The "democratic socialists" will be at the tippy top:

"Point of privilege, I ask the Supreme Soviet to clap less loudly for Comrade Stalin, it offends my owl-kin ears."

...at which point he was gently escorted off the podium and never heard from again.

Anyway, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this train's going direct to Leningrad (or Berlin, same thing).

I keep telling you people that it's a terrible idea to have the great unwashed controlling politics, and you keep calling me a tyrant etc.

Well, give it a couple decades and you're going to begging for a "tyrant."

    What's the Anglicization of Pinochet?

I'm not so sure. I don't remember the word "until" appearing anywhere in the Second ...

And anyway, they misspelled "deer and squirrels" as "law enforcement" ... / @TheTexan

Marxists don't have an understanding of anything. If they did, they wouldn't be marxists.

With an unstoppable army like this, you can see why antifa is now finally starting to realize the importance of guns.
