Mass Shootings & Mass Media: Coincidence or Selective Reporting?

There are horrific shootings in America almost everyday (see Baltimore, Chicago, New Orleans, etc.) and there are mass shootings that never make it to the corporate media. My question is: Why do the mass shootings the corporate media reports on keep happening in swing states?

Texas (Solid Red but the corporate media keeps reporting on TX turning Blue)

Its a combination of both. The shooters at El Paso and Dayton were both white. If they were black, they probably wouldn't have gotten any attention at all because it doesn't fit the medias narrative that all mass shooters are white.

Exactly it would be bad for their anti white narrative and that only evil white man/people can be racist or killers notion that MSM is going at currently. That is MSM narrative not mine.

Even here in Canada a number of crimes committed in an African community/neighborhood is mostly either ignored or completely forgotten. But if its a major one they tend to mostly report on it.
