President Donald Trump on Monday condemned “racism, bigotry and white supremacy” in the wake of two mass shootings over the weekend that left 29 dead and dozens more injured.

He backed so-called red-flag laws that enable guns to be removed from high-risk individuals, called for mass shooters to be given the death penalty and vowed to address radicalization through the internet and social media.
He did not mention his prior call for background checks — an overwhelmingly popular gun control measure that has already passed the Democrat-controlled House — in his roughly 10-minute speech.
Americans are “outraged and sickened by this monstrous evil, the cruelty, the hatred, the malice, the bloodshed and the terror,” Trump said.
“Hate has no place in America … hatred warps the mind, ravages the heart and devours the soul,” Trump said.

Trump: I don't have a racist bone in my body
    By Jordan Fabian - 07/16/19
President Trump on Tuesday insisted he is not a racist amid sustained criticism of his attacks on four minority, progressive Democratic congresswomen.
The president’s latest defense of his tweets telling the lawmakers to “go back” to their home countries, even though they are all U.S. citizens, came hours before the House is set to vote on a resolution condemning them as racist.
“Those Tweets were NOT Racist. I don’t have a Racist bone in my body!” Trump tweeted.
    https://thehill.com/homenews/adminis...one-in-my-body

He says lot of things, some of which can be perceived as racially motivated by those who don't know his flip-flop style of talking.
But looking at his past track record (history of funding ultra liberal NYC Democrats for decades, holding numerous liberal progressive positions) and following recent actions supporting interracial mixing/liberal social policies, can any objective person conclude that he's a 'racist'?
Granted he used birther card (alongwith second amedment, NAFTA-USMCA cards etc) pre 2016 elections but after winning election he had reversed his stances on such issues by 180 degrees. Fakenews media however continues to push fake narrative trying to paint one of the the most pro racial equality, pro civil rights, pro social justice, pro diversity POTUS in US history as 'racist'.
Fakenews also used to accuse his election campaign of 'anti-semitism' but that charge seems to have stopped making headlines especially after US embassy move , Golan Heights and Israeli settlements policy shifts, harsh Iran sanctions, surge of US troops to mideast and Iraq/Syria military strikes initiatives.

El Paso Shooter Admonished ‘Race Mixing’ In Manifesto
BY Chris Walker August 3, 2019
A shooter who killed at least 19 individuals and injured dozens more in a Walmart near the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas, on Saturday reportedly left a manifesto behind in which he ascribed to white nationalist viewpoints.
The shooter was identified as Patrick Crusius, 21, of Dallas Texas. Within his manifesto, portions of which are discussed in reporting from NewsOne, Crusius spoke of his opposition to “race mixing,” as well as his support of genocide as a means to reach his ends.

Trump administration had threatened Sweden to secure release of Somali-American rapper A$AP Rocky

    Aug. 3, 2019
The U.S. government warned Sweden of "negative consequences" as it advocated for rapper ASAP Rocky during his trial for assault charges in Stockholm this week, according to a pair of letters released by the Swedish Prosecution Authority.
According to the letters, obtained by NBC News partner Aftonbladet, the U.S. special presidential envoy for hostage affairs wrote to Swedish prosecutors urging them to release Rocky.
"The government of the United States of America wants to resolve this case as soon as possible to avoid potentially negative consequences to the U.S.-Swedish bilateral relationship," Amb. Robert O'Brien wrote in the letter, dated Wednesday.
In response Sweden's prosecutor-general, Petra Lundh, defended the independence of Swedish courts and said he therefore had to deny O'Brien's requests.
"No other prosecutor, not even I, may interfere with a specific case or try to affect the prosecutor responsible," Lundh wrote in a letter dated Thursday.
The letters marked the latest intervention by U.S. officials in a case that has commanded the attention of figures ranging from the president to Justin Bieber.
Trump pardons Jack Johnson erasing conviction for violating Anti White Slave Act

Jack Johnson Was Pardoned, But Taboo Sex Is Still Being Criminalized

    By Jenavieve Hatch
President Donald Trump posthumously pardoned Jack Johnson on Thursday, erasing the black boxer’s century-old conviction for violating the Mann Act — a 1910 law that prohibited transporting “any woman or girl” across state lines “for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose” — by driving his white girlfriend from Pittsburgh to Chicago.

    All this has happened before
The Mann Act, also known as the White-Slave Traffic Act, was enacted in response to public hysteria about sensational yet unconfirmed reports of white women being kidnapped and trafficked by foreign men.

Throughout the first half of the 20th century, thousands of people were prosecuted under the act. Johnson’s conviction in 1912 was a prime example of the broad power of a law pitched as a way to stop what was at the time called white slavery. His crime was, essentially, being black and driving across state lines with a white woman, even though she went voluntarily and was his girlfriend.

US approves more H-1B visas this year
    Oct 14, 2019
    Highlights

    • US has approved a higher number of H-1B applications this year
    • 3.89 lakh applications were approved for the fiscal 2019, up from last year's 3.35 lakh
    • In past years, more than 70% of the aggregate H-1B visa applications for new jobs and visa extensions given to those born in India

MUMBAI: The US has approved a higher number of H-1B applications (both for initial visas and visa extensions for continued employment) this year, showing that the demand for these work visas continues unabated. This is a relief to Indians, who are the dominant holders of H-1B visas, especially after processing regulations got more stringent post-2015 .

I don't think that Trump is a white supremacist, nor do I approve of racially-motivated violence, but it plays too much into the left's narrative.

I checked out Twitter recently, and AOC (as one example) has posted scores of tweets, probably 80% of them about white supremacy. There's obviously an axe to grind here, and I can guarantee that it's not all against bona fide white supremacists.

While it's true that this plays into the left's narrative , this implies Trump is 'Right' , a claim most of people probably won't agree with.

But taking the argument on face value and using same logic, do you also oppose Trump administration's global campaigns for LGBTQ civil rights, against anti-semitism that are usually associated with the left/liberals and thus would play into left's narratives?

I don't really care because we are not being gaslighted with those issues at the moment.

My biggest issue is that "white supremacy" is being cited as the reason for the recent mass shootings despite not being factual (perhaps El Paso, certainly not Dayton). No, at least not by sane people, but being a white supremacist is considered being a white supremacist.

Tiffany Trump joined in on a viral social media trend dubbed “Blackout Tuesday” and called for justice for George Floyd.
President Trump’s daughter posted a black square on her Instagram, with the Helen Keller quote, “Alone we can achieve so little; together we can achieve so much.”
Hashtags #blackoutTuesday and #justiceforgeorgefloyd accompanied her post.
Similar all-black posts flooded Instagram and Twitter Tuesday in a show of solidarity against police brutality against black people. Martin Luther King III, the oldest son of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr., and celebrities like Lupita Nyong’o have also participated.
Activists, however, have warned against using the #blacklivesmatter hashtag with “Blackout Tuesday” posts, saying important updates are getting pushed down on social media by millions of images of black squares.

"For years, with every horrific murder of an innocent black man, woman, or child, I have always tried to find the right words to express my condolences and outrage, but the privilege I am afforded by the color of my skin has often let me feeling like this is not a fight that I can truly take on my own," she wrote. "Not today, not anymore. Like so many of you, I am angry. I am more than angry. I am infuriated and I am disgusted. I am exhausted by the heartbreak I feel seeing mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers and children suffering because their loved one was murdered or locked away unjustly for being black."

In the caption for the post, she urged her followers to text "FLOYD" to 55156 to sign the petition calling for all the officers involved in Floyd's death to be charged with murder. Derek Chauvin, the former police officer who was seen kneeling on Floyd's neck, was arrested on charges of murder in the 3rd degree and manslaughter in the 2nd degree on Friday.
"Even though I will never know the pain and suffering they have endured, or what it feels like to try to survive in a world plagued by systemic racism, I know I can use my own voice to help amplify those voices that have been muffled for too long," her letter concludes. "#blacklivesmatter #justiceforgeorgefloyd #justiceforahmaudarbery #justiceforbreonnataylor."

Kim wasn't the only family member to share their support for justice for George Floyd, with Khloé, Kourtney, and the Jenner sisters sharing links to the petition or resources to help.
