The Katie Johnson lawsuit: This is the only accusation against Trump for Epstein-related wrongdoing. An anonymous woman sued Trump in 2016, claiming that in 1994, he violently raped her at an orgy hosted by Epstein. She said she was 13 years old at the time, and accused Epstein of raping her as well. She first filed suit in California under the name “Katie Johnson,” and when it was thrown out there for technical reasons, she filed it in New York under “Jane Doe.”

But many journalists were wary about this claim. There was no corroborating evidence offered (except for affidavits from two anonymous people claiming to have been told of or witnessed it), and the suit appeared “to have been orchestrated by an eccentric anti-Trump campaigner with a record of making outlandish claims about celebrities,” the Guardian’s Jon Swaine wrote. Jezebel’s Anna Merlan tried for some time to get to the bottom of what was going on and concluded in June 2016, “The facts speak less to a scandal and more, perhaps, to an attempt at a smear.”

Trump himself said, “The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated.”

All that was before the Access Hollywood tape and before many women had spoken out publicly to accuse Trump of sexual assault. But even after that, the anonymity of “Katie Johnson” and the sketchiness of her associates kept mainstream US journalists wary about this accusation. She ended up withdrawing her lawsuit days before the 2016 election; her attorney Lisa Bloom said it was because she was getting death threats.

Rape lawsuits against Donald Trump linked to former TV producer

Lawsuits accusing Donald Trump of sexually assaulting a child in the 1990s appear to have been orchestrated by an eccentric anti-Trump campaigner with a record of making outlandish claims about celebrities.

Norm Lubow, a former producer on the Jerry Springer TV show, has previously been involved with disputed allegations that OJ Simpson bought illegal drugs on the day Simpson’s wife was murdered, and that Kurt Cobain’s widow had the Nirvana frontman killed.

Court filings in California and New York against Trump, purportedly on behalf of a woman using the name Katie Johnson, have in recent weeks alleged that the presumptive Republican presidential nominee raped Johnson when she was 13. Trump vehemently denies the allegations.

A publicist using the pseudonym “Al Taylor” is acting as a representative for Johnson, and has been shopping around to media outlets a video of a woman who wears a disguise while recounting the allegations against Trump. “Taylor” said in telephone calls last month that he was seeking $1m for the tape. Jezebel has published a segment of the video along with a detailed account of how the allegations against Trump were being pushed to reporters.

A telephone number and an email address used by “Taylor” have also been used by Lubow, according to three sources who have worked with them. A longtime associate of Lubow also told the Guardian that Lubow used the identity “Al Taylor”.

“Taylor” told the Guardian that he helped the alleged victim Johnson put together her first lawsuit against Trump, which was filed in California earlier this year. “She is a friend of mine,” he said, declining to make her available for interview.

He then became threatening when asked more about his motivations in seeking the money for the video and about his true identity. “Just be warned: we’ll sue you if we don’t like what you write,” he said. “We’ll sue your ass, own your ass and own your newspaper’s ass as well, punk.”

In 2011, “Al Taylor” claimed to cable news channels and gossip websites that he was negotiating a $1m deal for an exclusive TV interview with Casey Anthony, who was acquitted in a high-profile trial in Florida of killing her young daughter. Anthony’s attorneys denied the claims and the interview never took place.

The Guardian has established that a photograph supplied to those media outlets to illustrate the interviews, purporting to be of “Al Taylor”, was in fact a picture of Al Bowman, a minor Hollywood promoter who has known Lubow for more than 20 years. Bowman, also a former Jerry Springer Show producer, claims to have been a chauffeur to celebrities such as Whitney Houston.

In telephone interviews, Bowman insisted that he knew nothing about the lawsuits against Trump. Bowman said he actually supported Trump’s campaign for president and intended to vote for him – a claim backed up by a series of pro-Trump postings in past months on his personal Facebook page. Bowman’s accent and tone of voice appeared not to match that used by “Taylor” during the 2011 cable news interviews and in recent phone calls.

Bowman eventually said he knew the true identity of the man involved in the action against Trump, and that it was a former colleague of his. “Al Taylor’s real name is Norm Lubow,” he said.

Speaking about the lawsuit against Trump, “Al Taylor” first introduced himself to the Guardian as “the attorney in California”, before later clarifying that he was not a lawyer. “My brother and sister were attorneys,” he said. Lubow’s brother Owen is an attorney, as was their late sister Barbara. A message left for Owen Lubow was not returned.

There are further detailed connections between Lubow and “Al Taylor”. An email address for Norm Lubow that was provided by Bowman matched an email address that, according to two sources who have done business with “Al Taylor”, is also used by “Taylor”. A telephone number for Lubow provided by Bowman matched a number used by one of these sources for reaching “Taylor”. A separate cellphone number used by “Taylor”, which was listed on the California lawsuit against Trump, has the same area code, 760, which covers the city of Palm Desert – Lubow’s last known address.

Lubow, 55, did not return a subsequent series of telephone calls, text messages, emails and online messages over the past two weeks seeking confirmation that he was indeed “Al Taylor”. Past media reports have also identified “Taylor” as a spokesman for the Erotic Heritage Museum and the Hustler strip club, both in Las Vegas. Messages left for “Taylor” at both the museum and the club were not returned.

Statements made by Lubow over the past two decades on a variety of topics have been called into question.

In 2014, using his comic pro-marijuana pseudonym Reverend Bud Green, Lubow claimed to have arranged the replacement of US flags on the Brooklyn Bridge with white flags. The following month, however, German artists came forward with video evidence that they in fact were behind the stunt.

In 1998, guests on Springer’s notoriously wild talkshow alleged that Lubow had encouraged them behind the scenes to stage fights and invent outrageous stories during recordings of the program. The allegation was denied by Lubow and other show staff.

Also in 1998, Lubow appeared wearing a disguise in the controversial documentary film Kurt and Courtney under the name “Jack Briggs” alongside Bowman, the minor Hollywood promoter whose photograph was later used by “Al Taylor” for television interviews. Bowman said “Briggs” was Lubow.

In the film, director Nick Broomfield said Lubow and Bowman had introduced him to Eldon “El Duce” Hoke, a Seattle-based musician who claimed Courtney Love offered him $50,000 to kill her husband Kurt Cobain, the singer and guitarist in the rock band Nirvana. The allegation about Hoke, which became lore among some Nirvana fans following Cobain’s suicide in 1994, was denied by Love.

According to the New York Post, in 1995 Lubow, using the name “Ron X”, also claimed to tabloids that he had sold drugs to OJ Simpson on the day Simpson’s estranged wife Nicole Brown was murdered. Lubow denied the Post’s report.

An attorney brought in to file Katie Johnson’s lawsuit against Trump in New York said any issues around the credibility of “Al Taylor” should not cast doubt on Johnson’s allegations.

The attorney, Thomas Meagher, a patent and intellectual property attorney who said he had never been involved in a case of this kind before. Meagher said he became involved after reading on a minor gossip website that Johnson’s legal action in California had faltered and that she was seeking representation. Meagher acknowledged that “Al Taylor” was acting as a go-between for the woman said to be suing Trump.

Their federal lawsuit filed last month in New York alleges that Johnson, identified this time as “Jane Doe”, was sexually assaulted by Trump in 1994 at the Manhattan home of Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier – and associate of the UK’s Prince Andrew – who was jailed in Florida in 2008 for soliciting sex from an underage girl.

The New York lawsuit was accompanied by a supporting affidavit from a woman using the name “Tiffany Doe”, who claims to have worked for Epstein at the time and procured the young girl for the two men. The allegations made in the suit have been reported by several media outlets.

The legal action in Manhattan follows a near-identical suit in California that made the same allegations against Trump and Epstein. That case was promptly thrown out after a federal judge ruled that the complaint cited statutes that did not apply to it. Epstein has through representatives also denied the allegations.

Alan Garten, an attorney for the Trump Organization, described the allegations against Trump as “a complete fabrication” that appeared to be politically motivated. “This is basically a sham lawsuit brought by someone who desires to impact the presidential election,” said Garten.

Trump’s team said the lawsuit was badly flawed. “I don’t even know if there is a plaintiff,” said Garten. “I don’t know a lawyer worthy of the bar who would put his name to this lawsuit.” Meagher, however, insisted that he had met the plaintiff and separately spoken to her over video-conference. “She definitely exists,” said Meagher.

After repeated questions to “Al Taylor” asking him to confirm he was Norm Lubow went ignored, a text message was eventually sent to the Guardian from a cellphone previously answered several times by “Taylor”.

It said: “This is Katie Johnson. Why do you keep asking for [Lubow]. I do not know and have never met anybody by this name. If you are really a reporter like you claim are and not just a crank call like thousands of other calls I have gotten since my phone number was published throughout the world, then why don’t you ask how it feels to have the pervert who raped me when I was only 13 years running for President of this great country?

“It sickens me every time I see his evil face on TV. I am not after money, I want revenge for what this evil pedophile did to me. He doesn’t deserve to be President, he deserves to be in jail...

If you really are a reporter like you told my attorney Tom Meagher, then please publish my statement for the millions of other Rape Victims who have no voice. Thank you, Katie Johnson.”

There's actually no evidence I'm aware of who she is or if she even exists.. the address she used for the lawsuit turned out to be an abandoned property. She filed another suit in NY, and allegedly it was the same girl.

I think it was just fabricated as a way for Democrats to get headlines - they didn't actually want the case to move forward because they didn't have any actual evidence or a real victim.

The lawsuit accusing Trump of raping a 13-year-old girl, explained

Fifteen women have now gone on record to say that Donald Trump sexually assaulted them. Out of all of their stories, one is the most explosive and bizarre — a woman who says Trump violently raped her at an orgy when she was just 13 years old. But the horrific details of her accusation have gotten the least attention.

It seemed like that was all going to change Wednesday, when the woman, who has gone by the pseudonyms “Katie Johnson” and “Jane Doe,” was set to appear at a press conference at the law offices of Lisa Bloom, a high-profile civil rights attorney and TV commentator. But the woman didn’t come to the press conference. Bloom told a room full of waiting reporters that Johnson was afraid to show her face after receiving multiple death threats, and that they would have to reschedule.

Then on Friday, Bloom announced that Johnson had dropped her lawsuit:

It’s not uncommon for victims of sexual assault to want to preserve their anonymity, and dropping a lawsuit doesn’t mean admitting that the case had no merit. Jill Harth, who sued Trump for sexual assault in 1997, still stands by her claims even though she dropped the lawsuit. And it would indeed have been an intense couple of days for Johnson — Bloom said that her firm’s website was hacked, that Anonymous had claimed responsibility, and that death threats and a bomb threat came in afterwards.

It was the end of an incredibly strange case that featured an anonymous plaintiff who had refused almost all requests for interviews, two anonymous corroborating witnesses whom no one in the press had spoken to, and a couple of seriously shady characters — with an anti-Trump agenda and a penchant for drama — who had aggressively shopped the story around to media outlets for over a year.

Those shady characters — a former reality TV producer who calls himself “Al Taylor” and a “Never Trump” conservative activist named Steve Baer — had been mostly unsuccessful in getting the media to bite. There are a few very good reasons for that, which the Huffington Post’s Ryan Grim succinctly summed up: Taylor and Baer have been really sketchy about the whole thing, and since the accuser is anonymous, journalists can’t do anything to verify her claims. The only journalist who has actually interviewed Johnson, Emily Shugerman at Revelist, came away confused and even doubting whether Johnson really exists.

Since a tape of Trump bragging about sexual assault came out in early October, a dozen named women have come forward with credible, similar-sounding allegations of Trump forcibly kissing or groping them in exactly the way he described on that tape. Johnson’s case was an outlier, with far more salacious allegations from a source that seems far less credible.

But Trump was still scheduled to answer those allegations in front of a judge on December 16. Now that’s not going to happen. And we may never learn anything more about the matter, unless and until Johnson decides to break her silence.

Johnson claimed that Trump violently raped her when she was 13 at a 1994 orgy hosted by Jeffrey Epstein — the billionaire who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution and has been accused of having sex with more than 30 underage girls.

Johnson’s lawsuit mentioned Trump’s friendship with Epstein, and a comment Trump made in 2002 about their respective tastes in women: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

The lawsuit alleged a number of charges against both Trump and Epstein, including rape, sexual abuse, assault and battery, and false imprisonment. Johnson said that when she was 13, Epstein lured her to parties at his apartment by promising “money and a modeling career.”

Johnson said Trump had sexual contact with her at four of those parties, including tying her to a bed and violently raping her in a “savage sexual attack.” The lawsuit said Johnson “loudly pleaded” with Trump to stop, but that he responded by “violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”

After that, Trump allegedly threatened to harm or kill Johnson and her family if she ever told anyone. Johnson said Trump told her he could make them “disappear” like Maria — a 12-year-old girl Johnson says Trump also forced her to have sexual contact with, and whom Johnson hadn’t seen since that encounter.

Johnson also accused Epstein of raping her “anally and vaginally despite her loud pleas to stop,” and that he “attempted to strike Plaintiff about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed that he, Defendant Epstein, rather than Defendant Trump, should have been the one who took Plaintiff’s virginity.”

The court filings also included a statement from “Tiffany Doe,” another anonymous woman, who said that she witnessed the rapes and procured the young girls for the parties, and “Joan Doe,” a classmate of the victim who said she was told about the rapes during the following school year. Tiffany Doe said that Epstein and Trump knew that Johnson was 13.

An earlier lawsuit Johnson filed against Trump was somewhat fishy
The lawsuit Johnson filed in New York was actually her second attempt to sue Trump and Epstein. The first was in California in April of this year, a claim Johnson filed herself that got thrown out on technical grounds — she’d filed a civil rights suit, but failed to actually state an applicable civil rights claim.

There were a couple of odd things about that lawsuit. The address listed on court documents as Johnson’s was actually a foreclosed, abandoned home, and the phone number was disconnected. Maybe Johnson was just using a fake address because she was homeless; she was, after all, also described as being indigent. But it’s fishy.

The lawsuit also described details that were so lurid — “almost cinematic in their depravity,” as Jezebel’s Anna Merlan put it — that they’re almost hard to believe. Some of those details were omitted from the second lawsuit, the New York Daily News reported:

Gone from the new lawsuit is an allegation that Trump threw money at the plaintiff for an abortion when she expressed fear about getting pregnant after being raped. Gone, too, is the allegation that Trump called co-defendant and accused pedophile and sex party host Jeffrey Epstein a “Jew bastard,” and her request for $100 million in damages.
But the details that remain in the second lawsuit — filed with the help of New Jersey patent attorney Thomas Meagher, who says he volunteered to take the case after reading about it — are still shocking.

“The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated,” Trump told RadarOnline in April, after the first lawsuit was filed. “There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.”

Johnson’s case has been promoted to the media in truly bizarre, suspicious ways

This spring, a man called “Al Taylor” sent a video of a woman with a blurred face and blonde wig (allegedly Johnson) recounting the allegations against Trump to news outlets, saying he wanted $1 million for it. Taylor, the Guardian reported, was actually Norm Lubow, a former producer on the Jerry Springer show who has a history of using fake names and disguises to make juicy, false claims about celebrities.

The lawsuit was promoted to the media by an anti-Trump, anti-abortion activist named Steve Baer, a conservative activist and donor with a very influential email list that he uses to relentlessly spam reporters and conservative power players. Baer, too, has a history of passing around “whoa if true” rumors: Last year, he was a key figure in spreading the notion that US Rep. Kevin McCarthy was having an extramarital affair with a woman in Congress when McCarthy was a candidate to become speaker of the House.

Baer told Emily Shugerman at Revelist that Taylor met Johnson at a party and asked her if she had any good celebrity gossip. When she talked about her assault, Taylor apparently didn’t want to touch the story at first, but then circled back with Johnson about it once Trump’s campaign started picking up steam.

To hear journalists who interacted with them tell it, Baer and Taylor come off as obnoxiously persistent in pushing the story, and infuriatingly evasive when asked for interviews with Johnson. Jezebel’s Anna Merlan published a long account of their bizarre antics.

Taylor in particular comes across as volatile and a little scary; Merlan reported that Taylor told her to “suck my dick” when she confronted him about his identity, and that he made harassing phone calls to other journalists. He also appears to have sent at least a few text messages and emails while posing as Katie Johnson — or at least messages that Meagher, Johnson’s attorney, denies that Johnson sent.

The Daily Beast’s Brandy Zadrozny also has a colorful story about the time Baer and Johnson had an epic public meltdown at each other — over Baer’s email list, cc’ing journalists all the way.

In short, these guys are a trainwreck. But they’ve basically been the public face of Katie Johnson for the last year.

Again, Revelist’s Emily Shugerman is the only journalist who has managed to interview Johnson. She says Meagher offered her the chance to interview Johnson over FaceTime from his office in Princeton, New Jersey. But Johnson apparently decided she didn’t want to do it after all, and the interview was canceled.

Three days later, close to midnight, Shugerman finally talked to Johnson over the phone in a conference call with Meagher. There were some odd things about that call, Shugerman writes:

Johnson's voice sounded muffled and far away when she answered — she said she was speaking softly because she didn’t want anyone to overhear her. Several times she paused mid-sentence, and I could hear her moving something.

    "She has dogs," Meagher explained.

Shugerman says Johnson was “vague” in her descriptions of Epstein’s parties and how many people were there, and wouldn’t go into details about what she was asked to do. Some of the details she did give were consistent with descriptions of Epstein and his house Vicky Ward listed in a 2003 Vanity Fair profile — which could either lend credence to Johnson’s story, or suggest that “Johnson” just read the Vanity Fair story as research.

Most troublingly, a detective who worked with Epstein’s victims called into question a key part of Johnson’s story:

Hearing her answers that night, I had to remind myself that PTSD from sexual trauma is known to damage victims' memories — and that the parties she recalled allegedly happened more than two decades ago. But Mike Fisten, a retired Miami-Dade detective who conducted research for several of Epstein's victims, denied such parties ever even took place.

"Jeffery never had parties like described in their complaint," Fisten told me. "Jeffery had sex parties, for sure, with two or three girls … but never with other guys."

There were men in attendance at Epstein’s more large, lavish affairs, Fisten said, but nothing illicit ever happened at such events.

Meagher, Shugerman wrote, is eager to put the focus back on the alleged rape of a 13-year-old instead of focusing on the antics of Taylor and Baer. Anything else, Meagher told Shugerman, is "allowing the sins of others to be visited upon my client."

But until Johnson actually does break her silence in a bigger way, there are still a lot of questions yet to be answered.

“I don't know if the Katie Johnson I spoke to is the same girl who Trump allegedly raped in 1994, or if that girl even exists,” Shugerman concluded in her piece. “All I know is the reason why the woman I spoke to on July 11 chose to speak to me at all. ‘I just want to get justice,’ she told me. ‘I mean, these things happen to girls everywhere … I just want people to know.’”
There is a bit more at the link.

So, I called out the name of Bam, Iran, and said Iran had already conducted nuclear tests.
I also said that Israel does not have nuclear weapons.
Two days later, twin earthquakes near test areas.
Shafts dug over two decades ago, for just such a necessity.
Also, got to test nuke induced EMP weaponry and effects.

You will now see the forces of lies try to silence what I have seen.
Vanunu Mordechai. Trickster, jokester, Criminal hero, what a tan.

I was "corrected", but I know who is correct. Officially, Israel has no nuclear weapons. Unofficially, they are bluffing.
It had been over 20 years since a nuclear weapons test.
America had to make sure it was still operational.

No kids in cages were freed. Ridiculous.
And how psyoperational, to use the projected crimes of immigrant kids in cages to sell the idea of sex slave kids in cages.

I doubt you are new but just for the benefit of anyone reading I will answer.

He has cut taxes, shredded regulations, fought back in the trade wars, started to secure the border and end the invasion, started to bring the troops home, and many other good things.

He is not perfect but he is the best President since Coolidge.

    He has cut taxes

    This i'll concede.

    shredded regulations

    Including sensible environmental regulation.

fought back in the trade wars
He did a poor job at this. We are hurting ourselves more than them.

    started to secure the border
    and created a humanitarian disaster.

    end the invasion
    What invasion?

started to bring the troops home
While preparing to get us in a war with Iran.

    best President since Coolidge
The only good thing about him is he's destroying trust in government.

Wrong, those who are helping the invaders and stopping better border/immigration enforcement are entirely responsible.

Tell that to the people who won't get their money seized by the IRS because of the law he just signed.

He also got us out of the TPP and the Paris climate Accord, ended the O'Bummercare mandate and has the DoJ working to end O'Bummercare entirely.

And there are many more good things he has done too.

It's not a federal power and almost all environmental regulation is excessive.

    Enemy propaganda.
    Based on what?

    Demoncrats
Are you even trying to take this seriously?

Let me ask you if we are being invaded then by whom, who is this foreign power and if they are invading them why do they do things like work jobs, would'nt that be counter intuitive for invaders to improve the nation they are invading?

To take their money in order to help them collapse due to falling oil prices that he his helping along.
This is your theory, really? Then why do we give them aid?

Mexico and other Latin American countries are encouraging the invasion (Trump is changing that) but you don't need a state sponsor to be an invader, they work jobs (not all of them do) to get money and they don't improve the country, they destroy it by voting for Demoncrat communists and committing crimes at a higher than normal rate in addition to getting welfare at a higher than normal rate.

Geopolitics is complicated but Trump is doing more to destroy them than he is to help them and he has made it clear he doesn't want war with Iran.

You assume that support for Trump by certain posting accounts equals a desire to prevent the ship from sinking. Consider that perhaps the goal may, in fact, be the opposite.

It's actually completely the opposite of what you just said..

From what I can tell, those who like Trump think he is the last hope. Maybe immigration will be low enough that we can save our country. If it's too high, we are gone. Maybe we can get Gen Z to be more conservative. Maybe we can get rid of the deep state and have a more honest government and monetary system. Maybe we can get out of these wars.. It doesn't seem likely, but at least there is a hope. It may be our last hope.

On the other hand, people who don't like Trump seem to want more immigrants, who will vote leftist, and bring us a socialist/communist state that will bring everything crashing down sooner than later.
