    And even more:

    That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government

    This government has failed at every level to achieve its prime directive.

    It has failed to protect the rights of the citizens, it has failed to sensibly manage the public coffers and fiduciary trust of the people, spending money like a drunken sailor thus mortally harming the "general welfare", it has issued outlandish judicial and regulatory fatwas from on high as if it were impaneled by the gods of old, it has fostered domestic dissent and strife among the people on numerous fronts, and now it has utterly failed (and in many cases assisted the enemies of the Republic) to quell an invasion of foreign invaders designed to supplant, displace and usurp the posterity spoken of the in the constitution.

    It has no legitimacy, no consent and no confidence.

    It is time dissolve this political bond and establish new territories and boundaries to better serve the people that live within them.

    Nazis did not oppose open borders if I understand history correctly. They invaded much of Europe and bombed the rest. That sounds to me like they wanted open borders so they could take over everything.

    The whole border issue is an incredibly complicated one. I know this guy from my church whose family migrated here from Mexico when he was 2 years old. He doesn't speak Spanish and doesn't know a single person from Mexico. Thank God he got married to an American citizen. Without that marriage, he would have been deported.

    It's complicated, and I think there is a liberty-solution to this. If I were dictator for a day, I would:

    1. Legalize all drugs, which would really hurt the cartels financially. A lot of people are running from Mexico because of the Cartels, so if they lost money, the violence would decrease.
    2. Legalize prostitution, for the same reason. Also, legalizing prostitution would take away much of the incentive to force women into it.
    3. End the welfare state
    4. Open the borders
    5. Make citizenship a requirement just to vote.

    I give credit to Mark and Ian from Free Talk Live for the last three.

    As a Canadian let me tell you that Legalizing all drugs would create very negative situations in your cities, towns rural areas. You would be seeing junkies everywhere on the streets on sidewalks and no the police wont able to arrest anyone doing drugs during day time on a sidewalk even if the person is shaking themselves showing signs of medical instability.
    Legalizing all drugs actually helps cartels financially this doesn't hurt them one bit.


    Also because of the Legalization i have lost a friend to drug addiction.

    4. Open the borders
    How has endless open borders worked out for Europe? yeah look at the NGOs bringing those African migrants with ships.

    That wouldn't be enough, we have been losing our liberty from excessive immigration for longer than we have had the welfare state.
    We must secure the borders and limit immigration so that those that are allowed to come here assimilate instead of changing us to be more like them.
