Trump - I disagree with Omar 'send her back' chants

But he did not ask them not to do it- either at the rally or afterwards. "Go there and ask them why they did it" after Trump spent several minutes riling up the crowd saying how bad the Congresswomen were.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-49035505

President Donald Trump has disavowed the "send her back" chants directed at Democratic congresswoman Ilhan Omar by his supporters at a campaign rally.

Ms Omar is a US citizen who emigrated from Somalia with her family after fleeing the country's civil war.

The chants, which came after Mr Trump criticised Ms Omar and three other congresswomen, were widely condemned, including by some Republicans.

"I was not happy with it. I disagree with it," Mr Trump said of the chant.

He did not elaborate on what he disagreed with.

The controversial chants took place at Mr Trump's campaign rally in North Carolina.

Mr Trump was cheered on by the crowd of thousands as he again accused Ms Omar and her fellow congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashia Tlaib, Ayanna Pressley - known as "the squad" - of hating America.

Ahead of the rally, a bid to impeach Mr Trump was blocked in Congress.

Critics say it echoed the "lock her up" phrase adopted by his supporters against Hillary Clinton in the run-up to the 2016 presidential election.

The chant comes as tensions escalate between the president and the four Democratic congresswomen over recent tweets, in which Mr Trump told the then four politicians to "go back" to their countries.

If I'm not mistaken, he now disagrees with "Drain the swamp", "Lock her up" and "Mexico will pay for the wall" chants also.

Although I'll be happy to be corrected if any MAGAites here have different insider info.

Zippy, why not focus on more substantial and considered statements of MAGA on the topic than mere soundbites or chants uttered in the heat of a rally.

Hey zippy, I already explained the nuance to you in your last thread. Why don't you learn??

Your article says that Trump tweeted and told them to "go back".

That is lying by omission. He told them they should go back, fix their country, then come back and show us how it's done. That is completely different than telling them to go back and stay there, because he is asking them to come back here after they are successful.

He didn't like the chant, clearly, because it was a completely different message than the one he tweeted. First because he never threatened to send them back, and secondly because he asked them to come back after they voluntarily went to fix their country.

congresswomen over recent tweets, in which Mr Trump told the then four politicians to "go back" to their countries.
zip and his media owner have really fake newsed the hell out of trumps tweets.

    1) Trump named nobody, and his first tweets did not even specify how many women he was talking about

    2) trump did not say "countries", as fakenews headline forum plaster in chief zippyjuan claims, he said "places", which could just as easily mean their congressional districts.

Everything Zippy ever says is a lie, as well as all the articles from fake news he ever posts.
He flagrantly twist words, and sometimes even headline for maximum shock effect and lies.

So you haven't actually read the tweets. Or are hoping the reader of your post hasn't read them and you are blatently twisting facts on purpose. Failed attempt at spin. But I guess you are only doing the best you can.

Policy is boring and takes too much effort. It is easier, more fun, and more effective to just criticize people and try to scare them. Go for the crotch instead of the head.
