If Trump let's NAFTA expire and stops US corn subsidies, maybe the Mexican corn farmer can make a living again, and illegal immigration for jobs will plummet. We don't need a wall.

They are not coming here for welfare they are coming here to work. I don't see the projects full of illegal Mexicans. I do see them full of Haitians, Ethiopians, and Somalis. So stop blaming Mexicans.

NAFTA killed the small Mexican corn farmer, and corn is what they eat in Mexico, often growing their own. The average poor semi-starving Mexican got the raw part of deal, and is getting the blame because he refuses to just lay down and die. LET NAFTA EXPIRE. END US CORN SUBSIDIES. What are billionaire agribusiness companies doing getting our tax dollars?

I agree with both actions you recommend but we had an illegal immigrant problem before those.

Mexicans are also not the only or according to some sources even the major source of illegals but Mexico has been facilitating the invasion by people from other countries, hopefully Trump's deal will put an end to that.

We need improved border security whether it comes from massively increased patrols or more miles of wall.

That is true but it didn't skyrocket out of control until NAFTA. Someone has to clean the toilets. In one stroke Trump could do more to solve the problem then continually jerking off about the wall.

Tyrants must be restricted if liberty is to exist, that applies to those who would vote for and support them too since they are tyrants by proxy.

We have a right and a duty to preserve liberty by restricting who may come here.
