in which case it should be a law, not due by the whims of a committee. and should be public record available for everybody to see -- not just a secret committee, and be required of EVERYBODY, not just the president. I'll not hold my breath waiting for these committee members to push such a requirement...

I do not like the word "law", due to the only law I recognize is Natural Law. I like the words "condition of employment" which abides by contract rights ;-)

    Agree?

    Agree?
Sure. However, constitutionally, what would be required to add conditions of employment upon elected representatives? An amendment?

I am not big on the centralist created constitution either, so I would just stick with "condition of employment". Once in public office all records would be automatically made available (FOIA).

And as far as I know, he isn't involved in those corporations currently. as I mentioned, if they wanted to require his records from his time in office, I would approve that (as long as it was required of all officials, and was open to the public for all) but his dealings outside his time in office is nobody elses business.

If he has nothing to hide then there is nothing to fear!

^Honestly I’m just trolling a little. I don’t care one or another. Left is hoping to go fishing for something to use against trump for his re-election. And I don’t care enough about to trump to defend him. *shrugs.
