My personal take is this: if they are public government workers which I am paying for, and I am forced to pay taxes, forced to pay for things I do not want or need, I feel I have a right to know everything about them. Where is my money going, what lobbyists are funding them that affect MY pocket, etc. Along with a full audit of the gov/Fed.
