On abortion, for all intents and purposes, Roe v Wade (and the subsequent case that reaffirmed it, PP vs. Casey) has been nullified by the SCOTUS ruling that legalized nationwide sports gambling last year. Hence the proliferation (no pun intended) of pro-life bills in state legislatures lately. That ruling had major (positive) 10th amendment implications and applies to other issues like abortion and gun rights, also. SCOTUS can't really pick and choose which issues to grant 10th amendment protection to and which not to.

Sure, the faces may be different but the message is exactly the same almost entirely across the spectrum. Anyone who expresses thoughts or opinions that do not encourage conformity to the standards of the Status Quo are never given the same air time as someone who does. Thus, half of the people that should be on stage or in front of a camera are not, and those that are only brandish the same message. Its also a consequence of Censorship. Only one message gets thru, and opposing messages do not. They get away with it by saying stuff like "your ratings are too low" or "you arent funny enough" or some sort of excuse that they hide behind. Its the same Censorship that gets people kicked off YouTube, but they are far less hidden.

Genocide? talk about taking hyperbole to a whole another level. Anyway, I do not love abortions. I prefer it did not happen, wouldn't do it myself or recommend it to my friends and family but I want that option for people seeing as I do not love dictating to other people how to live their lives.

There's just not a good answer other than to get government completely out of the mix, don't fund abortions, don't support 'families' and don't prosecute or regulate OBGYN's who choose to take care of these folks.. No federal dollars to any of it.
