Microsoft to Release Version of Word That Makes Your Grammar ‘Politically Correct’

Microsoft is set to release a new version of Word that uses artificial intelligence to make your writing ‘politically correct’.
You know how annoying it is when the iPhone corrects ‘$#@!ing’ to ‘ducking’ every time you type out the word? Imagine that for an entire essay.
The new feature, called ‘Ideas in Word’, will recommend ‘sensitive’ phrases like “We need to get some fresh blood in here” be modified so that “fresh blood” becomes “new employees”.
“It might underline places where your writing exhibited gender bias,” reports Fast Company. “If you tend to say “mailman” or Congressman” in the generic, it might suggest you use “mailperson” or “Congressperson.” If you use the term “gentlemen’s agreement,” it may suggest you use “unspoken agreement” instead.”
The term “disabled person” would be replaced with “person with a disability” while the new version’s “inclusiveness check” searches for words or phrases that might be “offensive” to someone from another country or culture.
Mark Sullivan, who is a fan of the new features, says he is worried about “unknowingly or accidentally inserting terms or references in my writing that convey value judgements that I don’t really mean” and wants to avoid “writing something that might offend”.
Rumor has it that every new purchase of Word will come with a voucher for a yearly supply of soy lattes from Starbucks.

That should come in handy for those writing papers in the liberal educational institutions.

Could make it easier to get good grades.

If they manage in eliminating the First Amendment, then we are all in very deep $#@! because the concept of Thought Crime comes to fruition, full force, and it will be FAR more lethal than anyone realizes.

So here is the thing. When information about ourselves is transmitted and interpreted by AI, it is no longer looked at from the same point of view as when we were thinking about the idea. This causes an unintentional but unavoidable subjective interpretation. Subjective interpretation is bad enough already. Anyone could look at any statement by any person at any time and misconstrue it to be a form of Hate Speech. As an example, I'll purposefully take what @Dr.3D just said and take it out of context to show multiple ways it can be viewed. Please note its not a personal attack, its just looking at the same statement multiple ways until one is found that can be fit into an agenda.

"Could make it easier to get good grades." Most likely what is being conveyed is that the feature has the potential to be useful to a certain extent. But lets make some intentional mistakes on my part and express what Dr.3D does not intend. He could also be saying that Cheating could be made easier. He could also be saying that Students have a proclivity to exploit, thus, they should be surveilled until they act then punished. He could also be saying that our current hard working teachers suck at their jobs, then teachers would get insulted. He could also be saying that Students will rely more on the tool than to do the thinking required for getting good grades. Every single thing I just said in this paragraph is taking what he just said out of context and misinterpreting him, because what he really meant was only what he said and not further. Basically putting words in his mouth. This isnt about Dr.3D's statement because misinterpretation could be ANY statement, you, the person reading this, not just one small set.

So what happens when every statement a person makes who is a part of a Group is viewed as "negative" or "hateful"? Yes, Dr.3D's statement about getting good grades can be interpreted as "hateful" also, but it is obvious it is not what he intended. To these super nazi hate $#@!s, everything that isnt State Worship is Hate Speech. And it wont be long until that Hate Speech gets people killed. Not by government but by "victims" of differences. Oh youre not just like me and said that thing thats interpreted as hateful? Thems fightin words! And what exactly did you say? How about "I love you" to your wife or kids! How is that hateful? Because love for your wife is showing hate for gay non binary gender ***** people of color that dont want children! There are people truly so insane that they will attack anyone for anything, and its like an infectious disease that only gets worse! They dont have to be right, they dont have to make a damn bit of sense, all they want to do is attack others for the sake of attacking and thats what makes things so dangerous to have all that data about you out there!

Without Privacy, every bit of data is subject to misinterpretation that can get you killed!

This only underscores the importance of making sure people do not commit thought crimes.
