Agreed. But the Op isn't really about a small business. Plus, what's so hard about printing out statements and invoices or saving them on a computer or the cloud?

Labor is one of several factors in production, however-like land, etc. (since the labor of checkout isn't part of production, this is a moot point, but you get my drift)
And that is exactly what they want us to believe. That our own time and labor is not important when it is actually the most important. If you make $30 an hour and have a doctor's appointment scheduled at 1:00 PM, but you do not get in to see the doctor until 3:00 PM and had to waste 2 hours waiting being unproductive at a loss of $60 added to the full cost of the doctor visit, is this loss relevant in the total equation of income or loss and true cost of the visit?

    Absolutely.

Before allowing yourself to get sucked into spending too many posts arguing with Strat, take a second to reflect on the implications of the fact that he needed to have this pointed out to him.

The problem with paperless is that sooner or later it stops being just an option and it becomes mandatory.

Its a transitional state from Capitalism to Fascism. But that statement also validates your own about being a generation away from Total Fascism, which we know is absolute tyranny.
