American IT/Tech companies denied H1-B visas

The US turned down nearly a third of all new H-1B visa petitions processed in the first quarter of the 2019 cycle, continuing the squeeze on the work visa programme that started in 2017 with the Trump administration's 'Buy American, Hire American' executive order.

According to the analysis, all of the 27 companies listed by the USCIS as top H-1B employers, which include leading American IT firms such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google and Apple, saw an increase in their H-1B denial rates for initial employment over the 2015-2019 period. “All but 4 of the 27 companies also saw an increase in denials for initial employment between FY 2018 and the first quarter of FY 2019.”

Good. If those jobs exist in the US, then why give them to non US citizens, AT THE EXPENSE of US citizens? Oh yeah, thats right, cheap labor is more important than having a strong economy and cohesive society. If we had jobs to spare, and didnt have to pay for millions of illegal immigrants (different than H1B Visas) I doubt most people would give a $#@!, but everything they give comes out of your pocket.

The FAILURE of the United States Government to operate and maintain an
Honest Money System , which frees the ordinary man from the clutches of the money manipulators, is the single largest contributing factor to the World's current Economic Crisis.

If every year, 65,000 H1-B visas are issued by U.S government, there will be no American IT/Tech workers. Americans are the pioneers and inventors of computers

They just keep coming and the government does not release the size of the H-1B population. No doubt intentional since the number is likely a million or more which would result in a backlash if known.

The American people expect justice to be applied equally or at least the illusion of justice being applied equally. Yet Assange has been indicted while scumbag traitors like Mark Zuckerberg and his org FWD.us and Orrin Hatch and his org Orrin G Hatch Foundation have not been indicted for conspiracy against American citizens on behalf of foreign nationals.

Trump nominates Indian American to replace Kavanaugh

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump is nominating administration official Neomi Rao to fill the appeals court seat previously held by Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Trump’s announcement came on Nov. 13 during the White House’s celebration of Diwali, the Hindu festival of light. Rao, who is Indian American, was present at the event.
Trump said he was nominating Rao for the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit — sometimes referred to as the nation’s second-highest court. Rao currently serves as the administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), which is part of the Office of Management and Budget.
