    Shouldn't they be going after the person who put the pornography on the internet, instead of a person who may have inadvertently gotten some banned pictures in his computer buffer?

    I wouldn't be surprised if the FBI or some other 'law enforcement' agency put the banned material on the internet.

    They would but that would mean that they would have to go after the source.
