Progressives - the keepers of the status quo.

Progressives, the people who advertise themselves as the force behind progress, have a very strange relationship with reality. In many cases being behind progress, means adopting a progressive position after progress has already won and then using this new position to destroy anybody who might be a few minutes late adopting it. Both Hillary and Obama up until 2012 were against gay marriage but you wouldn't know it listening to them today. They expect your unconditional support for the very same ideas they were openly struggling with themselves a few years earlier. They do not tolerate diversity of opinions. This allows the leadership control the narratives and force party unity. The final gatekeepers of the party leadership interests are the superdelegates. The institution of the superdelegates is there to be the final force to stop an unvetted candidate from becoming a nominee. You might argue with a super strong candidate even the superdelegates would not be able to tilt the scales in the establishment hack's favor but we haven't seen anybody like that since the country was founded. We also haven't seen the latest trick from the progressives.

    Social Engineers.
Most with an over developed superiority complex that makes them believe they know what is best for everyone.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.
