So ISIS heard the U.S. was getting ready to leave Syria and to keep that from happening they did a bombing?

Who else could have done it?

Could it be one of the alphabet agencies that did it to keep the U.S. involved there?

I wouldn't put it past them.

Early reports can be incomplete/inaccurate, hard to know let alone speculate until all the facts come out.

In the past some reports have blamed our closest ally in mideast for false flag attacks to stop US/UK exit from Egypt:

Israel's plan was to bomb Western targets, make it seem as though Egypt was behind the attacks
    Nov. 11, 2009
The Lavon affair - also known locally as esek habish, "the rotten business" - was a plan to discredit Egypt's government, then headed by Gamal Abdel Nasser, by bombing theaters, post offices and U.S. and British institutions, and making it seem as though Egypt was behind the bombings. The thinking in Israel at the time was that if the British were to give up control of the Suez Canal, it would be left in Egypt's hands, putting Cairo in a better position to exert pressure on Israel.
The agents were told "to undermine the West's trust in the [Egyptian] government by causing public insecurity" while concealing Israel's role in the sabotage.

IDF chief finally acknowledges that Israel supplied weapons to Syrian rebels
In interview with UK’s Sunday Times, outgoing army commander Gadi Eisenkot says Israel gave opposition groups light arms ‘for self-defense’

Outgoing IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot this weekend acknowledged for the first time that Israel had indeed provided weaponry to Syrian rebel groups in the Golan Heights during the country’s seven-year civil war.
Until Sunday, Israel would say officially only that it had given humanitarian aid to Syrian opposition groups across the border, while denying or refusing to comment on reports that it had supplied them with arms as well.

Even after news of the attack was released, Vice President Mike Pence assured the American public that ISIS has indeed been defeated.

Mike Pence claimed ISIS was defeated hours after it killed US troops in Syria

Vice President Mike Pence on Wednesday proudly proclaimed to an audience of America’s most senior diplomats that “ISIS has been defeated” and “the caliphate has crumbled.”

Yet he failed to mention that just hours before, ISIS had claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing in Syria that killed at least 15 people, including several US military service members.

It’s yet another example of how senior Trump administration officials continue to minimize the terrorist group’s strength in order to bolster the president’s case for withdrawing US troops from Syria, where the group still operates.

Maybe he knows that ISIS had nothing to do with it, our own deepstate or many foreign non-ISIS actors would like to stop the pullout.

Trump admitted that ISIS in Syria was not defeated when he suggested Turkey would take over fighting them.

They are defeated, all that is left is the mop up phase, Syria and Russia and Iran or Turkey or anyone in the region can take over for that.

The "as planned" original 30 days is up Sunday. Trump always makes big proclamations and then backs down. Timeline is now "eventually". Last March he said the US would be leaving "soon".

Good, it may take a few extra days to finish scraping the blood off the walls, zipping the

Trump was warned in Iraq that ISIS was not defeated in Syria

    By Kevin Liptak, CNN
    Wed January 16, 2019

Washington (CNN)Military commanders warned President Donald Trump on December 26 during his surprise visit to Iraq that -- despite his claims to the contrary -- ISIS was not entirely defeated in Syria.

People familiar with the President's reaction said the conversation was eye-opening for a leader who days earlier claimed the terror group was defeated "badly" in the country.
The warning comes into new light with the news that a suicide blast in northern Syria killed four Americans as Trump presses forward with a withdrawal of US forces from the country.

Immediate can mean many things besides literally instantaneous.

It can also be necessary to make some minor modifications in order to avoid impeachment by the lunatics in D.C.

In March 2018, Trump said US troops would be leaving Syria "soon". On December 19th he said he wanted them out in 30 days. That 30 days is up this weekend and not a single person has left.

Zippy, have you seen what Sen. Rand Paul has said? He has actually talked to Trump about this and he reassures us that the troops will leave soon.

Ok, I stand corrected. Thanks for the detail.

Trump's rhetoric has been consistent though about ending foreign wars.
