USMCA Is A United Nations Agreement

I received a letter response from one of my legislatures (Democrat). He stated that the agreement has not passed yet because it does not go far enough and there is a lot more that can be done with it.

The talk on the news is of a "Free-Trade" Agreement, between U.S., Mexico and Canada, however as we know, politicians purposely confuse Free-Trade with Fair-Trade when speaking to the American people. Which is why we end up with crap legislation.

Trump and Left Co. are promoting this, if everybody reads this thing and shares with everybody... TPP was pushed back and hopefully with luck so can this:

    International Labour Organization (ILO)

The USMCA is riddled with the International Labour Organization, containing language such as Tribunals. This is the NAFTA replacement agreement that our U.S. government is pushing.

Please look at this entire globalist agreement, Chaper 23 (Labor) is especially interesting.

Survey: Higher costs from USMCA will squeeze auto suppliers

More than a third of automotive executives in a recent survey said they plan to renegotiate contracts with suppliers and aggressively seek production savings to counter higher costs expected under the proposed U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement.

Participants indicated they feel under pressure to source more components from suppliers near North American assembly plants, with 61 percent predicting that suppliers located near production sites will be favored. And 73 percent stated they expect payroll costs to grow unless they cut their workforce.

The survey of 100 U.S-based auto executives was conducted online in December by market research firm Propeller Insights for LevaData, a strategic sourcing and procurement consultancy based in San Jose, Calif., that uses predictive analytics to reduce supply chain costs.

The USMCA trade agreement, which must still be approved by the three nations' legislative bodies, calls for at least 70 percent of a car's steel and 75 percent of its total content to be manufactured in North America to qualify for duty-free treatment when crossing one of the borders. Additionally, at least 40 percent of a vehicle's content must be made by workers earning $16 per hour or more. The rules of origin under the existing Nafta require 62.5 percent regional content, and there is no requirement for labor value content.

Forty-one percent of survey participants believe production costs will increase by 10 percent during the next three years and a quarter believe the increase could be 25 percent or more, with more than half agreeing the changes will result in higher costs for consumers.

Looks like a North American Union..

but that's just a "conspiracy theory".

When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. It also looks like Trump is a Globalist. But some around here may disagree.

The basic changes from the "worst deal ever" (everything Trump doesn't like is the "worst ever") are:

    1) cars must use a higher percent of North American parts
    2) Mexico car (and car part) factories must increase their wages to at least $15 an hour. (which will raise the costs of making cars with those parts)
    3) The US gets to sell a bit more dairy products to Canada
    4) Some changes in prescription drug pricing was also negotiated- but the US portion was not changed so no effect on the US from that section.

Pretty much the same as the "old deal" he says he hated so much.

After Obama’s largest land grab to date, I wondered why Trump would reject Property Rights, affecting a $1 Billion PER DAY economy, 3 Million U.S. residents and businesses, and hand over 2,000 miles to the FED.

He never mentioned a single word about “incentives” in last nights speech. Or walk back his “raise age to 21 to buy a gun” so that Women and their children and overall Americans can defend themselves against rapists and murderers. Not a peep.
