What if Roberts is the wild card in a case like that? If they took the case and Roberts ended up with the 4 Leftists? Better to not grant certiorari than to risk it?
That is what will continue to worry me until Trump gets to replace RBG.

Check out the gun forums. Not only do they love love love kavanaugh, they believe every republican in the house/senate can do no wrong. In fact, they still worship bush.
