Conscious of Sauron's power and wishing to thwart it, she did not use her Ring so long as the One Ring was in Sauron's hands. However, during the Third Age, when the One Ring was lost, she put hers to use in making Lothlórien a fair refuge for the Nandor.

    Irrelevant.

You also have no right to cast a stone if we are going to go by that standard.

I'm definitely Bill the pony. Too difficult to take on the adventure, left to my own devices with a little good luck, went on to have a great life WITHOUT rings or balrogs or whatnot. Shows up at the last minute to kick someone in the backside for good measure.

As much as I would like to say I am Strider or will be a Gandolf in the next few years, Phill has the most realistic outlook of us all. We most likely cogs, but damn good ones.

Also, lol at the fierce argument that broke out over what fantasy characters we resemble.

    You are Gandalf.

You are a wise person. You know much about the world and often offer your wisdom as advice to others. You are usually right, but that doesn't mean people will always listen to you.

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.
