I only see one solution, and it will never pass:

remove secret ballots. Remove the guesswork. I understand the reason why ballots became secret over the years, but it wasn't always that way. At the start, voting in this country was very public and there was a hell of a lot more transparency than there is today. Yeah you had corruption with vote buying. We have that today, only it's harder to trace.
I don't know what the best solution is but one of the main reasons for the secret ballot was to prevent retaliation and it is becoming ever more popular to destroy people's lives over politics these days.

True, but NeverTrumpers want the Demoncrats to take control of Congress in order to block or impeach him.

Which is it? it seems right now the consensus here is that she lost because she wasn't pro Trump enough.

She wasn't anything enough, whether or not there was election fraud it was only close enough for fraud to work because she gave nobody a reason to vote for her.

I read an article earlier that said almost all of her ads were attacking Sinema without giving any reason to vote for McSally.

Studies show that contrast ads are the most effective and pure attack ads are the least effective with self-promotion ads coming in somewhere inbetween.

I feel the same way about contrast ads cos it gives the pol to promote his policies while criticizing his/her opponents. But to the point I was trying to make, it seems like she just lost the race as opposed to some nefarious plotting by the dems.

Senator Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) kept quite during the 2018 midterm elections regarding any possible endorsements. Now, the Republican senator is congratulating his Democrat successor, saying she’ll “do great,” even after weeks of controversial statements by Kyrsten Sinema.

Sinema received a lot of backlash after videos and an interview resurfaced showing the candidate bashing her own state.
The newly-elected Democrat senator called Arizona the warning state for the rest of the U.S., “the meth lab of democracy,” as well as calling Arizonians “crazy,” and sharing her support for Americans to go to fight for the Taliban.
However, despite the now-senator’s controversial remarks, Flake congratulated Sinema after the tight race against Republican candidate Martha McSally.
“Congratulations to @kyrstensinema on a race well run, and won. It’s been a wonderful honor representing Arizona in the Senate. You’ll be great,” he wrote.
