Thread: Rand Paul 2020

  1. #61
Who is Rand going to back this time, the American people or the globalist elite donors? If it is those pieces of $#@! like the anti-American "Club for Growth" then $#@! him and his 2020 run. However if he backs the American people with the platform his father ran on in 2008 then I am all for him.

Club for Growth is a cancer on America and as much as an enemy to the American people if not more than ISIS. I hope their organization is put down for treason like the sick animal that they are.

Open borders and free trade are the destruction of libertarian society within the borders of the US. Bottom line is that libertarian philosophy only works within the borders of the US. Anything outside of that negates living in a more libertarian society with the region of the US within our lifetime.

800,000 federal workers will not get salary because of government shutdown. This is getting bad.

    Fixed it.

We need Rand, or at least someone like him, to run the next available chance, even if there's no chance to win. We need that quiet liberty voice - in a sea of establishment and socialist noise - to always be there, waiting for the one day when people look for a new solution and remember that voice.

I'm not enthusiastic about govt or any employees missing paychecks, but America would be
a much better place with 700,000 of your 800,000 , in ethical careers.

That's a great way to look at it. Unfortunately I think sometimes what people really want is for it to be a loud booming thunderous "F.U." voice for people to get excited about. AKA...Why Trump won.

It won't take very long to get them home but it won't be overnight either but Iraq says they can't stay and they are coming home just like Trump said.

I see no indication that he'd run against Trump. Amash would have the biggest chance of doing so, but I don't think he will either. Staying in the House is important.
