Under OLD communism. Under the NEW communism he would be made a partkom member. He'd be a guard at the FEMA gulag. If you even so much as had a back bone and exhibited toxic male masculinity he would make it his life's mission to break you.

No, both the customer and the business are making a personal choice, since the business owns the building their choice prevails.

He was pointing out the parts of the dress code that "target" whites, if whites are "targeted" then no matter who else is "targeted" the code can't be racially motivated.

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

Close... I was pointing out that just about anybody could pick and choose from the prohibitions and call it racist to somebody, if that was their aim. That's exactly what the article does... it picks out the items that black folk could wear, and claims the sign is there to prevent black folk from entering.
