It would seem if you're using a service that requires a user to be 18 you would have a reasonable thought she'd be 18. No different than being in a bar that checks ID.

This is where the implanted micro chip becomes valuable! You can scan the chip to find out if a person is of legal age and is who they say they are. You can track consent via the chip. The time and date of the encounter will be recorded.
