    https://www.almasdarnews.com/article...-15th-details/

BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:00 P.M.) – The newly agreed upon demilitarized zone in the Idlib Governorate will be implemented by October 15th,
Russian President Vladimir Putin said after his meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Furthermore, Putin stated that the demilitarized zone area will be between 15-20 kilometers deep.

Putin said that once this demilitarized zone is created, Turkey and Russia will restore the transit routes between the Aleppo, Idlib, and Latakia provinces.

He would conclude his press conference by stating that Russia and Turkey would continue their cooperation in fighting terrorists across Syria.

Earlier today, Erdogan and Putin agreed to establish a demilitarized zone in the Idlib Governorate after increased tensions among the Syrian government and opposition forces.

Seems that's the plan for now.

The good thing is that Turkey will have to fight the tens of thousands of jihadists in Idlib (if they won't disarm)
so what is the west going to do?
stage a false flag chemical attack and blame Turkey?

This is the de-militarized zone Russia and Turkey agreed on today in Syria's Idlib

You understand what he has done?

Turkey and Russia will jointly disarm this wide swath connecting Aleppo to Latakia.... NOT the SAA.
    so
a FF 'chem attack' cannot [now] be blamed upon Assad...
    and
Erdo must PERFORM/KEEP his Astana 'promise'.
    checkmate.

Al-Qaeda/CIA is forced (if they won't exit or disarm) to attack Turkey/Russia alliance. (Iran is not participating)

I still predict treachery from Erdo.

I believe that the above 'new strategic partner' analysis is correct...
    yes...
    Erdogan is completely treacherous disloyal/unfaithful...
but the 'bear' that is now holding his hand
has very sharp teeth and will stay by his side VERY close...
I am expecting a LOT more Russian troops 'side-by-side' with TSK
at their checkpoints and artillery sites...
    wait and see.
As part of solving the deadlock, all heavy weaponry, including tanks and artillery,
will be withdrawn from the zone before October 10, Putin said.

The zone will be patrolled by Turkish and Russian military units.

    Syrian Strategic Researches
    Breaking Idlib
    Terrorists groups:
    HTS
    Turkstan Party
    Jaish Al Izaa
    Horas Al Din

All refused to implement the Russian Turkish agreement and threatening to fight back.

The truth is... 15-20km is quite wide. (compare to Korean DMZ... 4km)
    and
Erdo/McCain/Pentagon al-Qaeda proxies have been 'digging in'
    with their terrorist clubhouses..
    complete with gardens and plumbing/electricity/communications....
    field equipment/ammo/supplies/trenches/tunnels etc etc..
for at LEAST a couple of years... they're quite comfortable.
now they get to abandon ALL OF IT.

    for REALZ...
no more 'faux battles' with their Turkish playmates
smoking hashish, captagon parties and re-furbing smuggled weapons.
    nope. It's over.

well above post may be 'wrong'.... maybe not. idk...
there are indications/chatter that the Idlib DMZ will allow 'good' rebels to stay w/ 'light weapons'....
(that'll be a nightmare to enforce...... we watch/wait)

Syrian Army launches heavy attack along Idlib-Hama axis
    https://www.almasdarnews.com/article...lib-hama-axis/

For the fourth day in a row, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has launched a powerful attack along the Idlib-Hama axis in northwest Syria.

Led by their artillery units, the Syrian Arab Army unleashed a flurry of missiles and artillery shells towards the jihadist defenses,
hitting a number of trenches and hideouts used by Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham and Jaysh Al-Izza.
