The US education system functions "perfectly" for the people in power, however it is at the expense of the people. Our leaders are easily bribed and manipulated to obeying a system of powerful elite money printers that simply use monopoly money to buy their favor. As long as that system of money is in place, our leaders will continue to maintain a system of education that creates stupidity and dependency because that is what the Elite want. We have NO representation in our form of government.
