Dashcam: shootout w/ Pennsylvania state police




happened 9 months ago. Back in Nov. video was just released

Both cops lived.
One was shot 4 times and pronounced clinically dead at the hospital.
Induced coma for the better part of a month and doesn't remember the shootout.
Cpl. Seth Kelly and Trooper Ryan Seiple.
David K Clary was just convicted of attempted murder.


"Both cops alive today and suspect in jail for good.
His defense, "I was scared for my life."
The officer who pulled him over let him go but he got out of his car and approached the officer himself.
That's when the cop called for backup and did sobriety test
to check if the subject was under the influence of drugs after some questionable actions."

Justice won't be found in courts..

Looked like valid self defense to me. Too bad the pig survived....but he only delayed judgement.
