Trump Calls For “Immediate” Deportations Of Illegals With “No Judges Or Court Cases”

President Trump on Sunday said that those who enter the United States illegally should be “immediately” returned to their country of origin “with no Judges or Court Cases,” adding that “Our Immigration policy, laughed at all over the world, is very unfair to those people who have gone through the system legally and are waiting on line for years!”

While in line with fulfilling his campaign promises, Trump’s comments are sure to dump jet fuel on the barnfire of controversy over separated migrant families at the southern U.S. border, after pictures of children in cages began to circulate, which the left attributed to Trump’s new “zero tolerance” policy of enforcing Clinton, Bush and Obama-era immigration laws.

Mercedes Schlapp, White House Director of Strategic Communications, said “As we have said multiple times before, the administration does NOT prosecute those who seek asylum at our Ports of Entry.”

Others have brought up the fact that there are 9 U.S. consulates in Mexico where Asylum seekers can legally apply to be in the United States.

And despite the fact that the “caged children” pictured in viral media happened under Obama – who separated migrant families all the time and is being sued for keeping children in brutal conditions, and despite the fact that Time Magazine tried to pass off a fake picture of a “separated migrant child” (who was never separated) in order to propagandize the Trump’s immigration policy – which even CNN called them out on, Trump’s Sunday tweets will undoubtedly give the MSM plenty of headline fodder for the next week.

I wonder how much they (the “elite” Banking Cartel) pay you to sabotage the Liberty Movement, which stands in their way of plundering the nations of the world.

Trump favors plundering. He wants countries to buy everything from us. He wants the biggest military in the world. He is bombing more countries than Obama.

Foreigners don't have a right to come here.

Reducing the trade deficit means everyone buys everything from us?
    That's some interesting math there.

Why send them back to the country of origin. Just drop them in a southern desert by helicopter. Give 'em two gallons of water. Word will spread. In the meantime tell Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, etc. that we will subtract $1 million in foreign aid from every individual caught trespassing from their country.

He wants a trade surplus with everybody. He attacks trade with Canada as "unfair" and "harming the US" even though we actually have a trade surplus with them.

We need to require proof of citizenship/legal residence for international money transfers, the self deportation stampede would cause minor earthquakes.

He wants an elimination of tariffs, barriers and subsidies so the market can sort things out, that is what he offered and Canada and the others rejected.

The Injuns should have kept them out and America didn't have the kinds of problems or threats that we do when Trump's ancestors came, we shouldn't emulate the Injuns and succumb to the same outcome.

I know but it would help reduce the ease and profitability and many would leave because of it.

No. Like everything else individuals would find a way around it. We all want to reduce the amount of foreign aid. Make it profitable for other countries to discourage illegal entry. $1 million per head for those that allow their citizens to cross their borders. No negotiation.

But any way around it would cost money and/or trouble, the incentive would be reduced and more would leave.

Maybe but then what would happen if we managed to eliminate the foreign aid after the countries stopped the flow?
Wouldn't they just let the flow begin again?
I don't want to turn foreign aid into tribute paid to barbarians to not invade.

Do these illegals have a right to see a judge before being removed from the country? Does the constitution provide them any American rights if they are on United States land?
    No more IRS.
I am now old enough to vote.

    No and No.
Their only rights are those basic to all humanity.
Since they are criminal invaders they don't have the right not to be shot in the act of invasion.

Well, it is nice to see there are some people here that I agree with.

If you want asylum, go to a consulate or port of entry and declare asylum and take the right steps. If you try and sneak in, that is illegal and it is an invasion. And should be handled as such.

All these liberals and even some so called "libertarian" groups on fedbook are all posting how the right to travel without borders is a human right and basically saying we should let anyone who wants to come in free reign to come in... and while I can see that side of the argument to a VERY limited degree, when we provide "free" benefits (education, emergency room medical services, food stamps, etc) and have no understanding of whom is coming in, it is a no win situation and a downward spiral. Look at how well it is working out in Europe.

Trumps take on sending them right back immediately is something I actually agree with (or to a desert, that works too.) And cutting foreign aid to countries with repeat offenders, I agree with. Some of the few things I agree with that Trump has done or wants to do.

One needs to protect freedom and liberty (at home), or there will be no freedom and liberty left.

But so many liberals try and blur legal immigrant and illegal immigrant as the same thing. They say we are all immigrants, from way back when... so the illegal immigrants have a right too.... FFS. Because all these illegal immigrants, given the opportunity, will vote for the left.... And while I want to see liberty in my lifetime, I am afraid if I vote for a Gary Johnson in the future, it just help with the efforts of these socialists. So it is back to the lesser of 2 evils, as the right is no picnic, but damn the left is freaking nuts....

The right was no fan of Obama for 8 years... but the vile hatred of the left on this and many other issues appears to be ramping up... way past the dislike of Obama by the right... it is like a temper tantrum in over drive.... the left is hell bent on destroying this country and everything it was founded on.

    How far will it escalate?
I have seen through it all... the system is against us. ALL OF IT.

There was no United States of America when my ancestors came here. There were Indians, or Native Americans, whatever the popular term was, and how well did it work out for them? Not so good, unless the casinos would really be considered a big win. I'd say it worked out not so well.

The NAs didn't really have clearly defined immigration laws back in 1620. We never had any sort of "right" to come here. We just went and did it anyway, because the NAs were, what, maybe too nice? But we didn't have any "right" to do it.

The US has every right to control the border.

Why stop with international money transfers? RealID and biometrics for all transactions; it's the only way we'll be safe!

Considering that a minuscule portion ever report to their future hearings, I would agree with Trump's logic.
