Relax I knew that would be the reaction. We didnt pay for that... I want 1% of my money back....
Maybe there is a small cover to put over it or something.
BTW Youtube is slammed I cant get that video now.
I am pretty sure there will be no doubt who that blimp is for...your eye will fill that gap when the blimp is at altitude...worry not!
It looks fine... I think it will be abundantly clear as to what it says. Besides, who is to say they don't intend to patch that area?

im fairly certain that it isn't a hole, but a cut in the fabric which can be zipped back up so to speak after the helium is filled.
I don't think the hole will make a difference! Like someone said it may even be "zipped" back up after the helium is in.

After watching that first youtube video, the hole makes NO difference far away. The eye should naturally connect the two I think.
Also, judging by the pictures, I think it could even just be a fold in that spot and once the helium is in they will close it.
