Hillary will be in jail as soon as Trump is done defeating the deep state. It might take him a while, because he's had to keep hiring deep state into his cabinet, in order to throw them off his trail.

The timing of when Hillary goes to jail is I think part of Q's plans. If Trump sends her to jail too soon, then Q's identity will be publicly outed by the deep state still loyal to Hillary. If Trump waits too long to send Hillary to jail, then Q's leverage against her will have been all used up and she'll never face trial.
