    To the uninformed, this is what the first amendment says.

    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
    Keyword here being congress not facebook, ABC television, MSNBC etc etc. The video below is a better illustration of attacks against free speech, please do watch it and see what a real attack on the first amendment would look like, we are talking about prison sentences and court fines.
