To the uninformed, this is what the first amendment says.
Keyword here being congress not facebook, ABC television, MSNBC etc etc. The video below is a better illustration of attacks against free speech, please do watch it and see what a real attack on the first amendment would look like, we are talking about prison sentences and court fines.Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
