Judicial Watch: Obama Can Still Be Impeached

Former President Obama could still be impeached if evidence emerges that he unlawfully ordered the FBI to spy on the Trump campaign, says Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton.
“If there is anyone who needs to be on the dock, it would be President Obama,” he said in an interview Monday with WND.
“The very nature of the activity suggests President Obama would have been advised and approved of the counter-intelligence/spy operation against candidate Trump.”

Fitton believes having the Inspector General expanding its investigation to look into spying abuses within the FBI is a good first step, but not sufficient to solve the systemic corruption within the Deep State.
“But the IG is only one tool for investigation, and Judicial Watch will continue its investigations of this deep state conspiracy, and Congress also has to keep up the pressure,” Fitton said.
“We can’t rely on internal IG investigations to ferret out abuse here. This is more significant. We need immediate accountability, as best as we are able.”
Fitton brought up the prospect of Obama impeachment on Twitter Sunday to point out that amid a climate of impeachment fervor against President Trump in Washington, the actual evidence suggests that Obama’s potentially illegal activities warrant impeachment more than anything Trump has done.
Obama, btw, can still be impeached. https://t.co/JsIU9bhnnJ

Good to know, but don't think Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are going to allow this to move forward.
This is probably even more dead on arraival now than 'Lock Her Up' or Birther movements that probably had more traction before 2016 elections.

Seriously? This forum has so completely fallen from intelligent political discourse, and become so dedicated to throwing AM radio-level red meat at the most brain-dead of all Republicans that we have threads like this?

Um, Mirriam-Webster--and every other competent dictionary on the planet--defines 'impeachment' as a hearing, trial or process prepatory to removing a sitting official from office. What office are we going to remove Civilian Obama from? The exalted position of Ex-President? Calling this $#@! stupid is an insult to stupid $#@!.

If Civilian Obama gets found guilty of a crime before the statute of limitations runs out, he will be declared a criminal and fined and/or jailed. And any Republican with more than two or three brain cells to call his or her own would like that one hell of a lot better than impeaching him in an effort to remove him from a position he hasn't even been in for nearly a year and a half anyway.

Hey, guys, why charge Obama with his crime and throw him in jail? Let's just waste a year or two trying to remove him from an office he does not hold, then enjoy chewing our toes while liberals inform us the statute of limitations ran out on his crime, and laughing in our faces! Sounds fun!

"You know you can trust us. We're Judicial Botch! You run along and play at removing a puppet from an office he hasn't held for more than a year while we rape your economy, your nation and your children's future. We've already taken our little blue pill, along with that New York Democrat you elected because he pretended to be an ex-New York Democrat. So you run along and play impeachment now like a good little cuckold."

Brain damaged click bait is brain damaged. No wonder conservatism is dead. All liberals have to do to get Republicans chasing their own tails is throw them a buzz word shaped like a bone. So, OP. Are you stupid enough to buy this bull? Or are you just another liberal trying to keep Republicans busy being useless and embarrassing?

Even if O'Bummer was finally proven to have been born in Kenya and was removed from the list of presidents since he was never eligible that wouldn't be "impeachment" since he doesn't currently pretend to occupy the office and it would be a case of proving that he never really did.

    Chester Alan Arthur

In 1880, Arthur ran as the vice presidential candidate on the James Garfield ticket for the Republican Party. Arthur became President after Garfield’s death in 1881 and there were rumors – spread by campaign rivals - that Arthur had been born in Canada, and not Vermont, as he claimed.

Arthur’s father was born in Ireland and his mother was born in the United States. If Arthur was born in Canada, his opponents claimed, there was a citizenship issue.

Marquette Law professor J. Gordon Hylton pointed out in a 2009 blog post that if Arthur was born in Canada “he was technically foreign-born, and in 1829, citizenship in such cases passed to the child only if the father was a United States citizen, and, of course, at this point Arthur’s father was still a citizen of the British Empire.”
No one still knows for sure if Arthur was really born in Vermont. Lottsa evidence still points to Canada.

If it could be proven it would invalidate his presidency.

The Constitution has been violated millions of times- for example the "Civil War".

Plus the Constitution was a Hamiltonian coup to establish a big central government. It has worked beautifully.
