My brother attends that school. Someone hung a picture (presumably the mugshot) of the superintendent in the bathroom. It was taken down and the school announced that the culprit would be suspended if he was found. The superintendent is currently on paid leave of absence.

But it is common, and pretty much an act of aggression by a deranged person. It was popular in one town for teens to poop in public and hotel swimming pools. Then they had to be drained and cleaned. Pretty much vandalism. Happened at a hotel I stayed at and luckily I didn't just jump in the pool in the morning. Had a boss at large company that apparently showed his disdain for everyone by never flushing the toilet. Twisted $#@!.
