SYNOPSIS: So basically, there's a theory that the origin of April Fool's Day came from when the world switched over to the Roman calendar. There were people in the country who weren't aware of this and continued celebrating the new year in the spring time (as God intended). The story goes, they came to be known as "April Fools."
