Trump’s adversaries steal the spotlight after wild 24 hours

Stormy Daniels and Andrew McCabe have a bigger platform than ever before.

    03/17/2018

Donald Trump’s supporters want to see porn actress Stormy Daniels and formerFBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe silenced and sidelined. But after an explosive 24 hours that featured an unprecedented legal threat from a sitting president against Daniels and the public firing of McCabe on Friday, Trump’s two troublesome adversaries have a bigger platform than ever before.

By Saturday, Daniels and McCabe were the subject of wall-to-wall cable news coverage — much of it unflattering to the president. And the White House was back on the defensive, facing uncomfortable questions about whether the president’s repeated criticism of McCabe influenced Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ decision to fire him, and whether Trump was directly involved in efforts to silence Daniels.

The sequence of events began late Friday night, when Trump, through his personal lawyers, weighed in for the first time on the legal fight stemming from allegations that he had an affair with Daniels. The president’s team asserted that Trump has the right to seek more than $20 million from Daniels for repeatedly violating a non-disclosure agreement.
If Trump’s lawyers follow through on the threat, discovery and depositions could result, pushing Trump further into the middle of the legal fight over the allegations, on which Trump has avoided commenting in public.

1,003. Intimidation to create fake evidence (2/3/2018)

It is clear the comic drama is a continuation of the plot to elimination of Kat Sung. First Trump fired Comey, When there is no progress in the attempt murder case of Kat Sung, they force McCabe to leave.

They create a "Russia-probe memo" case to cut the relationship between Trump and the FBI when Trump's treason becomes clear. (Trump may be impeached as a distraction to that framed case) They create the crisis to apply pressure on the FBI. As a matter of fact, Trump is a candidate of the "Deep State" of the Feds to whip their terror force.

FBI deputy director leaving post ahead of planned retirement

Eric Tucker and Sadie Gurman, Associated Press• January 29

WASHINGTON (AP) -- FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, a frequent target of President Donald Trump's criticism who led the bureau for months last year following the firing of James Comey, is leaving his position ahead of a previously planned retirement this spring, people familiar with the decision said Monday.

FBI More Corrupt Than Previously Known; CSI is a LIE
January 12, 2018 By Robert Gehl

The Justice Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a two-decade period before 2000.

Of 28 examiners with the FBI Laboratory’s microscopic hair comparison unit, 26 overstated forensic matches in ways that favored prosecutors in more than 95 percent of the 268 trials reviewed so far, according to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Innocence Project, which are assisting the government with the country’s largest post-conviction review of questioned forensic evidence.

The cases include those of 32 defendants sentenced to death. Of those, 14 have been executed or died in prison, the groups said under an agreement with the government to release results after the review of the first 200 convictions.

I think that's an intimidation from the Feds. They will create fake evidence to frame me in a criminal case.

McCabe was recommended for firing by Horowitz and the top officials at the FBI in their oversight committee - could have been two months ago,
but hey, we get to see Seditious Andy crawl to the FBI to beg them to save his full pension as a 49.99 year old, eh ?
How pathetic a human being to even think that he is getting "rewards".

And, Nunes said Andrew McCabe will still have to answer before the House Intel Committee as the sedition drums start to roll in beat -
    regardless of where he is.
And you can turn in your passport now too Andy - jus' in case you wanna fly out of the crosshairs the nation has on you.

McCabe you may only be the tip of the iceberg - but more like the fuse being lit on the Inspector General Horowitz TNT out soon.

Democrats to offer a job for "two days" so he gets his full retirement.

Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wis.) on Saturday extended a federal job offer to McCabe, who has worked for the FBI for 21 years. Pocan wants McCabe to work with his office on election security.

Should McCabe accept the offer, Pocan said in a statement it would allow the former FBI official to reach the length of service he needs to retire and collect his pension, estimated at $60,000 a year.

Hell, they'll retroactively delete years of "service" to the federal government once the 18 U.S.C. 2384 grand jury indictment hits McCabe et al.
Please understand, taxpayers are not funding McCabe's pension -

Kris Paronto, former U.S. Army Ranger, a security contractor in Benghazi at the time of the attack,
helped fend off assaults by terrorists at the U.S. consulate and nearby CIA annex,
took to Twitter to make his feelings known in regard to McCabe,
as well as former FBI Director James Comey and former CIA Director John Brennan.

it was the tweet he sent immediately following that which really garnered attention,
as he appeared to indicate that partisan members of the FBI attempted to slap him and the other team members from Benghazi
with excessive use of force charges
, presumably in relation to their use of deadly force to defend the consulate and CIA annex from repeated attacks.

Andrew McCabe Ordered FBI To Investigate Jeff Sessions
    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-...-jeff-sessions

Not even a week after his firing...
    There are already whistleblowing leaks
about MORE of McCabe's efforts to discredit political opponents in the Department of Justice.

►The federal criminal investigation on Sessions was authorized "nearly a year" ago by Andrew McCabe.

►Sessions was reportedly unaware of the investigation and remained unaware when he fired McCabe on Friday.

►only McCabe, Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and a handful of top Democrats and Republicans were aware of the investigation.

McCabe apparently made the same miscalculation as James Comey:
That launching an investigation against his superior
(as Comey did when he oversaw the beginnings of what eventually became the Mueller investigation)
    would help insulate him.

    It didn't.

Andrew McCabe – the top FBI official by fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions hours before his planned retirement – is now soliciting donations online for his legal defense fund.
“The support for Andrew #McCabe has been overwhelming, humbling & deeply appreciated,” Melissa Schwartz, a spokesperson for McCabe, tweeted Thursday. “Unfortunately, the need for a legal defense fund is a growing reality.”

Mexicans are already facing deportation hearings - if not avoiding the adjudication and just leaving on their own -
preemptively heading on that path home to Mexico.

McCabe has to wait until age 57 for some retirement pension partial benefit, and so he to is not getting his pension funded by taxpayers now anyway, and in the meantime he still has to face Nunes' Intel Committee, doesn't he ?

While several dozen GoFundme campaigns have been set up in McCabe's name, the "friends of Andrew McCabe" has set up an official fundraiser for the former Deputy FBI Director's legal defense, which has raked in over $388,000 (well over its $250,000 goal).

The Gofundme page starts off: "Andrew McCabe’s FBI career was long, distinguished, and unblemished."
Aside from getting fired for leaking to the press, lying to the Inspector General, possibly instructing agents to alter their 302 forms detailing their meetings with various Trump associates such as Michael Flynn, and of course, all those edits to Hillary Clinton's exoneration - yes, totally "unblemished."

1010. Push for another drug case framed by China and US spies (3/19/2018)

It's another comic show acted by the Feds(the FBI and DEA) and their representative Trump.

    1. One thing important is that without the help of the Feds, Trump couldn't steal the US president seat. They are accomplices.

    2. The firing of McCabe is used to cut the relationship between Trump and the Feds.

    3. Trump is used as a whip to push the Feds to finish the "elimination Kat Sung" case which lasted more than three decades.

    4. Be noticed that the overlapping travel date to "firing McCabe case". My wife and my brother is arranged a tour to China and Taiwan from 3/17 to 3/31, McCabe is fired on 3/16 and he prepares to leave on March.

    5. Chinese secret police has a long history to collude with the Feds to frame a drug smmugling case on me, signaled by EP-3 Spy plane crew case(4/11/2001) and Timothy McVeigh's execution (6/11/2001)and 9/11 WTC attack (9/11/2001)

This time they again to frame a drug case on my relatives in their tour to trap me in. I allege.

The Justice Department Office of Inspector General (OIG) delivered a scathing report to Congress on Friday, accusing former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe of repeatedly misleading investigators.
McCabe was fired on March 16 after the OIG found that he "had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor - including under oath - on multiple occasions."
Needless to say, President Trump - who is waging open war with Comey, McCabe and much of the FBI's past and present leadership - was delighted by the release of the OIG report, which prompted the following outburst: ""DOJ just issued the McCabe report - which is a total disaster. He LIED! LIED! LIED! McCabe was totally controlled by Comey - McCabe is Comey!! No collusion, all made up by this den of thieves and lowlifes!"
DOJ just issued the McCabe report - which is a total disaster. He LIED! LIED! LIED! McCabe was totally controlled by Comey - McCabe is Comey!! No collusion, all made up by this den of thieves and lowlifes!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 13, 2018
We assume today's report (found below in its entirety) only covers McCabe, and is not the all encompassing "OIG Report" probing the FBI's conduct during the Clinton email investigation. Nowhere in the report, for example, is any mention of the FBI altering Hillary Clinton's exoneration letter, effectively decriminalizing her mishandling of classified information. Of note, the OIG launched a separate probe in late March covering alleged FISA abuses by the DOJ and FBI.
One tidbit from the report is brought to us by Jordan Schachtel.
    BIG finding in OIG report:

    McCabe leaks to the WSJ

Then reprimands two senior FBI officials for leaks in the story

Specifically telling the NY Assistant director to "get his house in order”

Without disclosing that he was the leaker! https://t.co/jjLYlxorcC pic.twitter.com/gQKUOR9xcc
    — Jordan Schachtel (@JordanSchachtel) April 13, 2018
(Schachtel included a correction in a follow-up tweet noting that McCabe actually said this to the Washington Field Division assistant director, while he also reprimanded the NY Assistant Director).
On March 30, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed on Fox News that McCabe lied four times, including under oath to the Inspector General.
JORDAN: “McCabe didn’t lie just once, he lied four times. He lied to James Comey. He lied to the Office of Professional Responsibility and he lied twice under oath to the Inspector General. Remember, this is Andrew McCabe, Deputy Director of the FBI. This is Andrew McCabe, the text messages between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page talking about Andy’s office, the meeting where they talk about the insurance policy in case Donald Trump is actually President of the United StatesFour times he lied about leaking information to the Wall Street Journal.”
McCabe was fired when it was uncovered that he authorized an F.B.I. spokesman and attorney to tell Devlin Barrett of the Wall St. Journal, just days before the 2016 election, that the FBI had not put the brakes on a separate investigation into the Clinton Foundation - at a time in which McCabe was coming under fire for his wife taking a $467,500 campaign contribution from Clinton proxy pal, Terry McAuliffe.
The WSJ article in question reads:
New details show that senior law-enforcement officials repeatedly voiced skepticism of the strength of the evidence in a bureau investigation of the Clinton Foundation, sought to condense what was at times a sprawling cross-country effort, and, according to some people familiar with the matter, told agents to limit their pursuit of the case. The probe of the foundation began more than a year ago to determine whether financial crimes or influence peddling occurred related to the charity.
    ...
Some investigators grew frustrated, viewing FBI leadership as uninterested in probing the charity, these people said. Others involved disagreed sharply, defending FBI bosses and saying Mr. McCabe in particular was caught between an increasingly acrimonious fight for control between the Justice Department and FBI agents pursuing the Clinton Foundation case.
So McCabe leaked information to the WSJ in order to combat rumors that Clinton had indirectly bribed him to back off the Clinton Foundation investigation, and then lied about it four times to the DOJ and FBI, including twice under oath.

    Conclusion
As detailed in this report, the OIG found that then
    -Deputy Director Andrew
    McCabe lacked candor
    , including under oath,
    on multiple occasions in connection
with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ, and that this
    conduct violated
    FBI Offense Codes
    2.5 and 2.6.
    The OIG also concluded that
McCabe’s disclosure of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner
described in this report violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and
    constituted misconduct.
The OIG is issuing this report to the FBI for such
action that it deems to be
    appropriate.

As expected, the IG report is coming out in sections/chapters. This is the first one, on Andrew McCabe.

BREAKING: DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz Releases OIG Report on Andrew McCabe…
Posted on April 13, 2018by sundance

The DOJ Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz, has released the investigative report of Asst. FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe that led to his firing. (full pdf below)
Inspector General Michael Horowitz referred McCabe’s false OIG testimony, made under oath, to the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR). [Full Backstory]
After a review of the IG investigation, and after discussion with Deputy Director Andrew McCabe (and counsel), the OPR recommended to the Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, that Andrew McCabe be terminated from employment.
This is the Inspector General report:

A picture was initially clear in March once we had the full timeline of the interviews with Andrew McCabe that led to his firing. This Fox News report only confirms the obvious; however, it’s important to review the events to fully understand the scope of McCabe’s lying and also understand the reason for Lisa Page to be so angry.
Remember, Lisa Page was a DOJ attorney assigned to the office of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe specifically to provide legal guidance. Imagine how pissed off she was when she discovered (July 2017) the Deputy FBI Director who told her to leak a story -on his behalf- to the Wall Street Journal, denied ever telling her to leak the story.
It’s no wonder why Ms. Page told FBI Agent Peter Strzok to “never text her again”, and she quit working for the Mueller team several weeks before IG Horowitz informed Mueller about the conspiracy issues (which led to Strzok’s removal).
Here’s the timeline from an assembly of media reporting and investigative releases to congress.
Andrew McCabe was first interviewed about the media leaks in May 2017. He denied. “A couple of months later” he was interviewed by Inspector General Horowitz, and he again denied. On July 20th of 2017 Inspector General Horowitz gained the Peter Strzok and Lisa Page text messages.
•May 2017 McCabe denies leaking for WSJ story to FBI investigators (link).
•July 2017 McCabe denies again; to Inspector General Horowitz.
•July 2017 Lisa Page admits to Horowitz she was told to construct the Wall Street Journal story (Devlin Barrett, journalist). This conflicts with McCabes repeated denials. (link)
•July 20th 2017 Horowitz gets Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages (link). Proving McCabe constructed the WSJ story.

(Full back-story to text message discovery)
•August 2017: After Horowitz gets the proof McCabe was lying – McCabe follows up on the two denials saying “he may have allowed FBI officials to speak with the newspaper”. (link)
•August 2017: FBI re-interviews McCabe based on new admissions.
•November 29th 2017: One day before SC Mueller indicts Michael Flynn, IG Horowitz interviews McCabe again. Apparently this time McCabe admitted to constructing the leak. (link)
In May, June and July 2017, while FBI Deputy Director Andrew “Andy” McCabe was lying to FBI investigators and the Inspector General, Lisa Page was working for McCabe as his legal counsel.
Therein lies the heart and origin of the motive for Lisa Page to flip against the conspiracy group when she discovered Andrew McCabe lying to investigators about his instructions to her. IG Horowitz then interviews Page in July and she tells the truth, thereby contradicting McCabe. However, Ms. Page had evidence to back-up her version of the events, the text messages she delivered July 20th, 2017.
