To my understanding, it doesn't mean and 18, 19, and 20 year olds cannot have a rifle. They are restricted from buying one.

Claiming violations of the Second and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, the National Rifle Association filed a federal lawsuit challenging a freshly signed Florida law increasing the age limit of purchasing a gun to 21."At 18 years of age, law-abiding citizens in this country are considered adults for almost all purposes and certainly for the purposes of the exercise of fundamental constitutional rights," said the lawsuit, which named Attorney General Pam Bondi and FDLE Commissioner Rick Swearingen as defendants. "This blanket ban violates the fundamental rights of thousands of responsible, law-abiding Florida citizens and is thus invalid under the Second and Fourteenth Amendments."

More laws, less freedom. It's already happened. Most people are blind to the fact that they already may be "possessing" their arms illegally. Smoke some pot? If found out your guns can be taken and you can go to jail. How about those prescriptions you are taking? Better check them carefully. Ever had a "complaint" by an ex wife or girlfriend? Perhaps some appointment at a doctor for depression???

They already have enough on the books to take most anyone's guns if they want to thanks to everyone being asleep at the wheel.
