yeah it reeks of fake news. The newscaster even said at one point that it was the man that was yelling; when clearly that was not the case.

The guy is a liar. He said that she came to his door and "had her hands on the horn, the horn was just blarring", "punching his window" and "opening his door". No way all of that happened in the 2-3 seconds she stood outside his door. And lets not forget, he was obviously afraid of his life . Come on people, had this lady used this excuse and pulled out a hand gun to blast the living day lights out of him when he got out of his car to confront the woman sitting in her car, nobody would buy the aggression from her.

Not saying you cannot never hit a woman but if you must, do it when you are in the right, every other options have been used to deescalate and also don't lie about it. I agree with Sean Connery on when to hit a woman and it should be of a last resort.

I thought it was rather obvious that he was talking about honking the horn and making a ruckus before getting out of her car. obviously, around when she ran into him, you don't see that in the video either.
