Apparently some of the leaf patterns repeat, which leads artisty people to speculate that it was done with photoshop, a projector and a paint-by-number technique.

    No, it's not, the leaf patterns and butt cheek as you mentioned, then the sperm cell on his forehead, the "extra" finger...the whole thing is weird and surreal.
