That still shouldn't free them from Constitutional restraints on how they use the money.

    The problem has 2 sources:

1 Judges and juries who have ruled in favor of the government and people who haven't rebelled.
2 A lack of punishments for violating the Constitution, any law without a penalty and enforcement clause is null and void.

We, the citizens, who refuse to stand up and say enough.
ďÖI believe that at this point in history, the greatest danger to our freedom and way of life comes from the reasonable fear of omniscient State powers kept in check by nothing more than policy documents.Ē

    Exactly.

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

    A mere symptom.

    The root cause is you.

    And me.

And everyone who sits idly in the face of trespass at the hands of men with no authority, regardless of purport.

A clause that lays out some penalty (like death or 10yrs etc.) for violating the constitution and states who shall judge the case and carry out the sentence.
