Is Obama in witness protection right now? Where did he disappear to? Even the most right wing media personalities rarely bring his name up.

Occasionally his staff is coming up, but it's strange how the connections to the Obama Whitehouse are avoided while the focus is mostly on the FBI and Hillary.

What a coincidence. This is the lead topic today on the Hannity radio show.

Apparently new text messages between Strzok and Page were released today which make it clear that Obama was in the loop the whole time.

Ironically, a prosecution in court would be much easier than an impeachment...on second thought, it would probably end up being a case of jury nullification.

Not all that strange since Hillary and the FBI are the "triggers" for the Trumpers. Obama is old news and doesn't elicit the "shut off your brain" reaction that is desired.

Here is a link to the texts https://www.scribd.com/document/3709...xts#from_embed if someone has time and curious to scroll through it. There are a few gems in it. Lets just say Trump to them was a four letter word at best. They also are Obamabots and thought no way trump would win.

Fortunately for Trump he doesn't need to use the court of law. These dumbfucks have given him all the tools he needs to declare them domestic terrorists, remove their rights and ship them all to Guantanamo Bay. Then maybe in the future, they'll get a military tribunal. All perfectly legal.

LOL. Perfectly legal, but some animals are more legal than others.

The trend that is coming to a head right head is outrage over unaccountability for the highest levels. Pundits lament 'oh why won't they trust us or the FBI!?" It goes back to the tea party days and TARP. Bailouts and no accountability. They take the profits, the taxpayers take the losses. One law for them, another for peons and mundanes.

No doubt it also drives the new socialism too. Ironically, those socialists right now are defending what they hate, because Team Blue.

Biased FBI and DOJ Officials Broke The Law And Tried To Decide The Election - an Annotated Timeline

    http://politicalvanguard.com/biased-...ated-timeline/

This article was deleted from Forbes

There can be no question, at this point, that certain higher ups in the FBI and the DOJ did not want Hillary to be indicted and did not want Donald Trump to become President. Those efforts were not entirely independent of each other.

Below is a timeline of events – abbreviated though it is – that makes it rather plain that the FBI and DOJ were not investigating potential crimes objectively.

Indeed, they were committing crimes during the process in aid of their preferred outcomes.

    1. 2007. Hillary Clinton wanted to be President. Hillary’s ambitions to be president started long ago. She ran for President in the 2008 cycle. In 2009, after losing to Obama, Hillary became Obama’s Secretary of State. She stayed in that post until 2013.

    2. March 2015. The Hillary email scandal breaks. Hillary was using an unapproved/unsecured server and devices to communicate. She was using a private email account. Classified information was being sent through that email, server and devices – including when Hillary was abroad.

All of that is illegal. As 2015 unfolds, it becomes clear to the FBI and the DOJ that President Barack Obama was communicating with Hillary using her non-state department email. Obama was using an email and a name that masked who he was.

That had to be known to authorities long before March of 2015 given that it occurred prior to 2013.

As Andrew McCarthy points out in his recent article, there was no chance that the DOJ was going to indict Hillary because that would have required implicating President Obama. That was never going to happen. From thereafter, DOJ officials acted with that understanding, however illegal, in mind.

    3. June 2015. Donald Trump announces his Presidential run.

A Justice Department official who helped oversee the controversial probes of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server and Russian interference in the 2016 election stepped down this week.
David Laufman, an experienced federal prosecutor who in 2014 became chief of the National Security Division’s Counterintelligence and Export Control Section, said farewell to colleagues Wednesday. He cited personal reasons.

I required the journalists who broke the 2013 domestic spying stories (as a condition of access) to talk with gov in advance of publication as an extraordinary precaution to prevent any risk of harm. Turns out our standard of care was higher than the actual Intel committee.
Duh . . . the House Intel Committee was "talking" in the form of interviewing "gov" -
the "Top State" the likes of Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Rybicki - to create the memo in summary of their investigation of "gov"
and advanced it to the "gov" in the form of the entire House of Representatives
"in advance of publication" - to the public.

Seems Snowden is just exaggerating his "standard of care" a bit over the top, and is not really meant to be taken literally -
    enter the Zippy Group.

If Zip and his link wants it taken literally, then Snowden is slamming his lack of understanding.

Zippy Group is probably off starting threads about some other sh!t now
after dropping this disingenuous title from a link into this thread to disrupt the discussion.

What Snowden is complaining really is that his standard of care was deemed unlawful.
He never compared anything to the Nunes memo -
but maybe this US citizen craftily compared his situation/standard of care to - yes -the entire Intel Committee -
that Intel committee that unanimously has now voted to send the rebuttal memo to the Trump "gov"
in disregard of all the classified info it contains - an Intel Committee caving into political pressure with an
unlawful standard of care for the intel the Dim memo contains.

Timeline of Snowden message is not that important either - before or after - the unanimous "cave" vote by the GOP members
    - I'm sure nearly everyone has been perceptive enough to see that this sh!t was coming.

Trump smart move would be to just let the House vote full in closed session to release the toxic Schiff memo - Massie will be a no.

No White House decision yet on Dem countermemo . . .

Donald Trump met with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein Tuesday to discuss a classified memo that Democrats say will counter GOP allegations that the FBI abused its spying powers while investigating the president's 2016 campaign, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said.

White House chief of staff John Kelly told reporters earlier Tuesday that Trump had received the document, which is Democrats' response to an earlier memo by Republicans that was made public last week. A House panel voted Monday in favor of making the Democratic document public too.

Kelly told reporters that he has asked key lawyers and national security officials involved in the declassification process to complete a final evaluation of the Democratic memo by no later than Thursday. The chief of staff signaled there could be redactions to the document, saying "this is not as clean a memo as the first one."

House Intel committee infighting so fierce, wall could soon divide staff

While office partitions are common across the Capitol, the House and Senate Intelligence committees traditionally deal
with some of Washington’s most sensitive national security information and thus were known to try to operate above the partisan fray.

The current House Intelligence committee, however, has been ground zero for partisan Congressional skirmishing
    in the Russian election-meddling saga.

The latest round of conflict has made massive headlines and involves dueling memos drafted by the committee’s Chairman
and top Democrat addressing allegations of surveillance abuses by the FBI and Department of Justice.

Panel chief Devin Nunes and Adam Schiff now appear to be battling over whether a wall should divide staffers based upon party.

The office partition / "wall" could be built this spring, CBS News reported.

50% Think Senior Law Enforcement Officials Broke the Law to Block Trump Presidency

    Thursday, February 08, 2018

A once-secret memo released last week scrutinizes the FBI and Justice Department officials for their surveillance practices of a former Trump campaign adviser, and half of voters think those officials went too far.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters believe it’s at least Somewhat Likely senior federal law enforcement officials broke the law in an effort to prevent Donald Trump from winning the presidency, including 32% who think it’s Very Likely. Forty percent (40%) think it’s not likely these officials broke the law, with 25% who feel it’s Not At All Likely. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

A former State Department official has confirmed that he played middleman in relaying anti-Trump smut from two Hillary Clinton operatives to dossier writer Christopher Steele who passed it to the FBI.
It is a further thickening of the plot by Democratic Party agents to get unverified dossier material into the news media and the Obama Justice Department before election day Nov. 8.
Jonathan M. Winer, who was former secretary state John Kerry’s special envoy to Libya and his Senate adviser, disclosed the the behind-the-scenes get-Trump operation in a Washington Post op-ed.
Mr. Winer confirmed a redacted Senate report released on Tuesday that said information on candidate Trump flowed between Mr. Steele and Clinton operatives, with Mr. Winer as the middleman.
Mr. Steele, a former British spy, wrote the anti-Trump dossier with money provided by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, through Fusion GPS.
The Hillary Clinton agents are Sidney Blumenthal, a well-known fierce Clinton defender and freelance intelligence gatherer, and his collaborator, Cody Shearer.
Mr. Winer’s disclosures mean that, not only was the Hillary Clinton campaign paying Mr. Steele, but her loyalists were also providing raw intelligence that got incorporated into the Steele dossier and went to the FBI.
Mr. Winer said he shared the dossier charges in a two-page summary with career diplomat Victoria Nuland who said she planned to share it with Mr. Kerry.
The Senate document, prepared by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, Iowa Republican, said two reports came from State (apparently Mr. Winer) to Mr. Steele from Blumenthal-Shearer. Their source was a “foreign-sub-source.”

When rome first built the Legions each Infantryman was a roman citizen who owned property and paid for his own equipment . Many belonged to the cult of Disciplinia ( goddess ) . Frugality , efficiency , faithfulness . They worked for a yearly salary that did not change .
