If I were Rand I would never go on that show.

The view is like going on Jerry Springer.

Just checked my TV program schedule/guide thing, and it indicates that Rand will be there on Friday, Feb 2nd, Groundhog day.

Good he should do more shows like this. Exposure is exactly what he needs. If he wakes up a few people each time, that is a plus.

Should Rand except an invite to speak at an Alzheimers or Down Syndrome event?

Maybe he is trying to push his "prevent government shutdown" proposal.

I think he already accepted the invite, that's what this thread is about.

Reminder: Rand on the View Friday morning (on ABC)

Set your DVR for 11:00 AM eastern time.

edit: Ya know I just realized that McCains daughter is on this show now, isn't she?
That may add an extra dimension of annoyance about it.

Hes been doing media rounds lately, I wonder why, he isn't really pushing anything big (except for the privacy issue).

He discussed the attacks on himself and Scalise, the memo/privacy/FISA and pot legalization. I thought it went very well. Kind of like the Colbert interview less DACA and more of a discussion on privacy.

He is one of the few people on the right that can visit these shows and stay calm, cool and still educate the viewer. I believe the lefties take away is a favorable view of Rand.

This is kinda what we were trying to explain to you during the last election, unfortunately it was a Republican primary, and Trump...

Rand can always get his message out, no matter who he is talking to.
    Great job!

My comments were not about these interviews specifically. What I said was he took catering to the far left during the Republican primary too far which was a tactical mistake when you are trying to win the Republican primary in an anti-establishment cycle. It turned the Republican primary voter off and they looked elsewhere.

By the time we had these discussions Rand's campaign was already over and basically flipped to an educational campaign on fringe issues the mainstream voter (other than the far left) did not give a damn about.

It was obvious to everyone in and outside these forums except a few hard core fan boys like yourself.

Rand wouldn't of been able to win the election by a close margin, Rand was running against both parties, they would of rigged the outcome against him if it was a close enough election, Rand was focusing on an overwhelming general election win, so that it would be beyond repute.

In case you have forgotten in order to win the general election you must win your parties nomination first.

The political parties are coopted by the deep state and rigged the the Republican and Democrat nomination process. We won't win until people figure this out, until we know who the enemy is every victory will be a loss.

I really have to hand it to Rand and his team, they knew this memo was coming out and now he will be a key figure being asked for interviews on the memo and how it affects the American people, ultimately leading to some legislative support now that Americans might be more aware.

Aristotle was a fool, you die faster of thirst than of hunger so you drink first then eat, first you win the nomination then the general election.

Of course he should. Most of the attendees are caregivers. Maybe you don't remember what the President said about experimental treatments, but he said we should "have the right to try." I think a lot of people might take such a message to heart when they think about having more options for a family member.

The point is he would of needed both. Not one or the other would of sufficed. There is a reason why there was so many people running for the Republican nomination, it should of been obvious to those paying attention when they kicked Rand out of the debates. They rigged the Republican nomination process against Rand by running him out of the race, at one point they even made him focus on the Senate by pushing a narrative that Rand doesn't care about Kentucky to try to install a Democrat in Kentucky.

Hey Joy, Rand just schooled you on sunshine!

Excellent interview, Rand is definitely shinning a light on the issues that need the light.

Rand ran himself out of the Republican primary. He couldn't have done a worse job if he tried. It was hard to watch. I so wanted him to do better.

This interview on The View, though, he did great.
