Ron Paul: Trump To Embrace Nuclear First Strike
    http://ronpaulinstitute.org/archives...-first-strike/

Title is a little misleading, Ron talks about Nuclear Policies and modernizing our current arsenal. Title itself is what was put on the Ron Paul Institute site, so Im not trying to change things to create fear, or say Ron Paul is saying something he is not. I just wanted to make that clear.

The FAILURE of the United States Government to operate and maintain an
Honest Money System , which frees the ordinary man from the clutches of the money manipulators, is the single largest contributing factor to the World's current Economic Crisis.

Great line by Dr. Paul at about 4:00. "It's not that we lack weapons, we lack sanity"

This nuclear first strike policy is insanely dangerous. Even if you trusted Trump and his advisers to exercise extreme wisdom, insight and judgment in the use of nuclear first strike (which no one should), this policy still opens the door for the next Trump or Hillary and every future president, administration or neocon infiltrated cabinet to initiate nuclear war with a nuclear first strike for any of the pretexts created.

It is a propaganda campaign to make use of nuclear weapons acceptable to the public. As McAdams points out they call them "low yield" or tactical nukes to make it sound more acceptable for destroying other nations. Keep in mind the nightmare infernos dropped are Hiroshima and Nagasaki are super low yield nukes compared to today's technology.

It sends a message to every other nation on the planet that they can be targeted with nuclear weapons by the US. It tells them they must get their own weapons. After witnessing Washington destruction of Libya, Syria, Yugoslavia, and regime changes in Ukraine and others, any nation that has ever disagreed with Washington policy on anything or ever may must get their own nuclear weapons as defense to Washington's nuclear first strike policy.

This is worse than bad policy. It is obscenely insane.

Pentagon Proposes Nuclear First-Strikes to Counter Cyberattacks

on the Pentagon’s new Nuclear Posture Review ... the details continue to slowly emerge, and show a scramble to establish more pretexts for nuclear first strikes.

This includes cyberattacks.... Pentagon’s document proposes the use of nuclear first strikes against cyber foes, presenting that as the only “realistic” option to such threats. ...

Which is another problem. US assignments of blame in cyberattacks are rarely grounded in evidence or reality, but rather they blame whoever is politically expedient at the time, whether it’s Russia, China, or North Korea. Such reckless blame is relatively consequence-free when the US just responds with angry threats, but nuclear strikes could quickly start massive, civilization ending nuclear warfare.

Making nuclear war more likely is the general theme of the Nuclear Posture Review ... The Trump Administration has spent its entire time in power easing restrictions on the military, and giving commanders more and more leeway on their operations. It might not be such a surprise for that to spill over into nuclear weapon policy.

Trump Vows Massive Expansion of US Nuclear Arsenal

President Trump has told reporters that the US intends to conduct a massive expansion of its nuclear weapons arsenal, with an eye toward building a number “far, far in excess of anybody else.” ...

Estimates on what nuclear modernization would cost were already in the trillions of dollars, and that was not including President Trump’s intention to make the arsenal much bigger than it already is ...

From Caitln Johnstone: Dems Ignore Trump’s Nuclear Recklessness With Russia

Political commentary throughout 2016 was filled with scary sound bytes by partisan opponents of the Republican party warning how dangerous and horrifying it would be if Donald Trump ever gained access to the nuclear codes. ... Over and over and over again I encountered Democrats on social media in 2016 telling me ... Trump was going to get everyone nuked in a fit of stupid impulsiveness if elected ... Isn't it surprising, then, that these people are all completely ignoring this administration's insane, world-threatening nuclear escalations against Russia? Of course it $#@!ing isn't.

A couple of great articles have come out recently about the Trump administration's Nuclear Posture Review and other omnicidal cold war escalations with the only other nuclear superpower on the planet. The first is Anti-Media's "How Donald Trump’s Policies Have Brought Us to the Brink of World War 3", and the second is titled "Normalizing Nukes, Pentagon-Style" ... Both provide good insight into the dangers inherent in further blurring the lines between when nuclear weapons use is and is not acceptable, and the completely illogical rationale for doing so. ... it's very telling that such insightful takes on this issue of unparalleled importance are relegated to small alternative media outlets. ...

"$#@! hole countries"? ... offensive things on Twitter? ... due to the frenetic coverage these issues receive from Democrat-allied mainstream media, a very large percentage of registered Democrats are aware of them. How about the fact that this administration is imperiling the life of every organism on earth with needless escalations against a nuclear superpower? ... Nuclear holocaust is the worst thing that can possibly happen. There are many, many things to hate and criticize the current president for, but the fact that he has overseen steady escalations which increase the likelihood of nuclear holocaust is far and away the most urgently worthy of condemnation. If you were going to attack this president on one thing, this would be it. But Trump's ostensible political opponents ignore it, because they ignore all despicable acts of warmongering. ...

Democrats have been collaborating with Republicans to inflate the already staggering US military budget and exacerbate the new cold war, as well as expand Trump's Orwellian spying powers and expand his unconstitutional war powers. Propaganda has been used to keep rank-and-file Democrats fixated on ... baseless Russiagate conspiracy theories, while hiding its most horrific aspects from the spotlight. ... pay no attention to the steadily mounting nuclear tensions behind the curtain.

The US-centralized empire is making an omnicidal gamble ... as it attempts to maneuver Russia off the world stage to prevent the rise of any rival superpowers, already having killed Russians in Syria, expanded NATO, kept troops along Russia's border, established a permanent military presence in Syria with the goal of effecting regime change, forced Russian outlets to register as foreign agents, and allowed the sale of arms to Ukraine. Hot proxy conflicts and increasingly unclear lines could lead at any time to an inflammation ... But sure, let's talk about Trump's $#@!ing tweets instead.

The Democratic party does not resist Trump. ... The Democratic party exists to co-opt grassroots movements and divert their energy back towards the machine. ...

Is this sort of like how Trump embraced banning bumpstocks and assault rifles and deteriorating our due process in order to diffuse the left and then two days later decided he didn't want gun control anymore and wanted to have strong due process and protect the 2nd amendment?

I'm going to take a wild guess and say yes, Trump doesn't actually want to drop a nuclear bomb, he just pretends like he will so other countries being lead by tyrants get their act together and stop treating their citizens like crap and stop taking advantage of us through trade agreements and such.
