On the next tweet, don’t forget they would have had three hops with Carter Page, meaning all of his contacts, friends, and family would have gotten coverage, potentially all of their contacts, friends, and family, and then all of the contacts, friends and family of that group. If Carter Page’s FISA was bogus, literally millions of Americans would have been opened up to CIA-like spying on them by their own country. And that is just Page.
If the IG finds the FBI/DOJ violated Carter Page's civil rights by spying on him w/o probable cause b/t Oct 2016 & Sept 2017, then that means they violated everybody's rights who communicated with Page (via voice, text, email) between Oct 2016 and Sept 2017, including journalists

Buried in his massive Trump-Russia report, special counsel Robert Mueller admits that he was able to pinpoint Blackwater founder Erik Prince's precise location in January, 2017 by matching his cell phone signal to a cell site near Trump Tower in New York City, according to Rowan Scarborough of the Washington Times.

The special counsel’s report discloses the use of this investigative technique, by which police determine a suspect’s location via a cellphone’s GPS signal.
The Prince narrative is one instance in unredacted sections of the report in which Mr. Mueller’s team explicitly discloses cellphone tracking. It raises the question of whether the FBI applied the process to other investigative subjects — a phone’s GPS signal can disclose its exact location within a few feet. One of the first requests the FBI makes when confronting subjects is to ask for their electronic devices.
The fact Mr. Mueller could pinpoint Mr. Prince’s exact whereabouts suggest he used GPS readouts, which prosecutors can subpoena from cellular service providers. -Washington Times
"I got the distinct impression that they had all my electronic communications and they operated with a confidence borne of a complete complement of the communications of everyone else," former Trump campaign adviser Michael Caputo - a harsh critic of the Mueller investigation - told the Times.

The Justice Department revealed on Monday that it is investigating several "non-governmental organizations and individuals" in its "multifaceted" and "broad" probe into alleged misconduct by US intelligence agencies surrounding the 2016 US election, according to a DOJ letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY).

The letter was in response to Nadler's request as to the scope of the investigation, led by Connecticut US Attorney John Durham.
According to Fox News, Durham is looking into whether "foreign intelligence services" played a role. Of note, the highly controversial "Steele Dossier" - created by an ex-British spy for employer Fusion GPS on behalf of the Clinton campaign an the DNC was referred to as "crown material" in emails unearthed last month.
And while the letter doesn't name specific individuals, foreign intel services or non-governmental organizations, the prime suspects here would be Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS, Stephan Halper, "Azra Turk," Alexander Downer, Joseph Mifsud, along with UK and Australian intelligence services.
Last week, reports indicated Steele had agreed to talk with Durham if certain preconditions were met. Multiple sources familiar with the matter told Fox News, meanwhile, that Durham is “very dialed in” and “asking all the right questions." Separately, sources within the Justice Department confirmed to Fox News that Barr has met “on multiple occasions in recent weeks” with Durham in Washington, D.C.
Numerous problems with the Steele dossier's reliability have surfaced, including several issues that were brought to the FBI's attention before it cited the dossier in its FISA application and subsequent renewals. Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report made plain, for example, that then-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen did not travel to Prague to conspire with Russian hackers seeking to access Democrat files, as the dossier alleged. -Fox News
    They knew...
On Sunday, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) told Fox News that he had seen "additional documents" which reveal that "prior to the first FISA application, Peter Strzok, Andy McCabe, and others at the FBI knew that Christopher Steele's dossier was not credible."
Meadows, speaking to "Fox News Sunday," pointed specifically to a report from The Hill's John Solomon, who found that Ukrainian businessman Konstantin Kilimnik, a key figure in Mueller's report, was actually a U.S. informant. In his report, Mueller linked Kilimnik to Russian intelligence, and did not mention Kilimnik's secretive ties to the U.S. in the report other court filings -- even as Mueller suggested former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort's ties to Kilimnik were nefarious. -Fox News
"The deeper the dive we take into the Mueller report, we're starting to find out some of the conclusions, and actually some of the facts they put forth in there, are a misrepresentation of what we actually know," said Meadows.

Embattled Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn has hired well known defense attorney Sidney Powell to represent him before his sentencing hearing in Washington D.C.’s federal court. Flynn, who fired his attorney’s last week, will still fully cooperate with the government in all cases pending, Powell told SaraACarter.com.

Flynn’s former legal counsel Robert Kelner and Stephen Anthony offered no explanation for their abrupt dismissal telling SaraACarter.com they “decline to comment.”
“He is and will continue to cooperate with the government in all aspects,” Powell told SaraACarter.com.
“He and his family truly appreciate all the cards and letters of support from countless people and the contributions to the defense fund which are even more important now.”
Powell noted that Flynn’s case file, “is massive” and “it will take me at least 90 days to review it.”
Kelner and Anthony submitted a two-page motion last week to the federal judge. Flynn’s sentencing will be based on his 2017 guilty plea to special counsel Robert Mueller’s prosecutors for one count of lying to the FBI.
The guilty plea has been a source of contention in news reports, after evidence and testimony surfaced that the FBI special agents that interviewed Flynn in January, 2017 didn’t believe he was lying. Both former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and FBI Special Agent Joe Pientka interviewed Flynn about his phone conversation with then Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak. The interview was conducted just as Flynn began his then role as National Security Advisor for Trump.
Former FBI Director James Comey joked about the bureau’s interview with Flynn.

Comey said in an interview that he used tactics he would not ordinarily use because the then fledgling Trump administration was unorganized at the beginning. Basically, he and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe discouraged Flynn from asking White House general counsel to sit in on the interview. Flynn, according to several source with knowledge, had no idea he was being targeted by the FBI for an investigation.
“I sent them. Something we’ve, I probably wouldn’t have done or maybe gotten away with in a more organized…administration,” Comey said. Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe made a similar statement regarding Flynn, which was uncovered by congressional investigators.
Flynn’s attorneys said in the filing that they had been notified “he is terminating Covington & Burling LLP as his counsel and has already retained new counsel for this matter.”
Powell is the author of the New York Times best seller and tell-all book Licensed To Lie,which exposed the corruption within the justice system. The book is based on the case Powell won against prosecutor Andrew Weissmann, when he was deputy and later director of the Enron Task Force.
Weissmann served as Mueller’s second in command for the special counsel investigation into the Trump campaign, despite the fact that his tactics have been highly criticized by both judges and colleagues. He was called unscrupulous and has had several significant issues raised about how he operated during the Mueller inquiry into Trump campaign officials, including Flynn.
He prosecuted the accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP, which ended in the collapse of the firm and 85,000 jobs lost world wide. Maureen Mahoney took the case to the Supreme Court, and Powell consulted. Mahoney overturned Weissmann’s conviction and the decision was reversed unanimously by the court.
Powell has openly stated in columns and on cable networks that Weissmann’s dirty tactics of withholding exculpatory evidence and threatening witnesses to garner prosecutions should have had him disbarred long ago.

Roger Stone is seeking the unredacted copies of Crowdstrike’s report on Hillary’s server, but according to NSA-legend Bill Binney, the government cannot provide them because the government does not have them (Also confirmed on twitter here). Which means not only did the DNC not turn over Hillary’s server to the FBI for analysis of just how many foreign entities hacked top secret emails off it, the FBI was conducting a major espionage/counter-intelligence investigation into a foreign entity hacking reams of classified data, using only a partial report from the company that was paid to analyze the break in by the suspect who mishandled the data. And FBI never asked for more, never got a court order to seize more, and never actually did any investigation. Video of Binney saying it follows:
