This will probably be Putin's last 6 year stint imo. (amended Russian law changed Presidency from 4 to 6)

Running as an 'independent' is smart.. it will 'force' the Russian electorate
to be 'issue focused' not 'party focused' when he does his swansong in 2024.

Putin is President for Life. Elections are merely a formality. Any serious opposition will not be allowed to run.

It is amazing that a man on his salary ($115,000 a year) can accumulate $200 billion in net worth. https://www.investopedia.com/news/vl...ichest-person/

Only a thieving KGB assassin could be patient enough to answer questions for four hours from hundreds of dimwit journalists who would not be smart enough to pass infantry school .

The questions are usually pre-chosen. It is basically his "state of the Union" speech disguised as an open given and take. It also marks the start of his election campaign.

IF you believe that, then all you have to do is say "Gullible" 1000 times while spinning around every night before bed, and you too can become a the world's super secret richest person.

Actually its pretty easy to become the super secret world's richest man in western media. Just refuse to be a pawn to Washington's empire and its media simply makes fake news proclamations that you are super secretly the world's super secret richest person; No evidence needed; No factual proof. Just simply proclaim it and repeat it. When the rational minded point out you haven't presented anything to support your fairy tale, you simply proclaim he has super secreted it all away in hidden super secret untraceable accounts and assets and that is why it is devoid of any evidence and no proof is needed.

Watch: Zippy is a super secret $100 trillionaire, and his assets are all hidden away and that is why no one can verify it.
    - See Zippy just became $100 trillionaire the same way.

The irony is Zippy is the one who said the Rothchilds aren't all that rich.

Putin is one person who did not inherit centuries of family wealth- the entire family of Rothschilds are estimate to be about $350 billion https://www.investopedia.com/updates...schild-family/ . Putin got his in less than 20 years.

(Figured at least one of our Russian friends would stop by to support Putin).

I don't dismiss Putin's wealth out of hand.
He studied and was degreed in international law and finance.. his background.
He's no fool and has obvious access to inside intel. So?

Bribery and kickbacks are a way of life in Russia and Putin is at the top.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/politics...mittee/534864/

That all changed in July 2003, when Putin arrested Russia’s biggest oligarch and richest man, Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Putin grabbed Khodorkovsky off his private jet, took him back to Moscow, put him on trial, and allowed television cameras to film Khodorkovsky sitting in a cage right in the middle of the courtroom. That image was extremely powerful, because none of the other oligarchs wanted to be in the same position. After Khodorkovsky’s conviction, the other oligarchs went to Putin and asked him what they needed to do to avoid sitting in the same cage as Khodorkovsky. From what followed, it appeared that Putin’s answer was, “Fifty percent.” He wasn’t saying 50 percent for the Russian government or the presidential administration of Russia, but 50 percent for Vladimir Putin personally. From that moment on, Putin became the biggest oligarch in Russia and the richest man in the world.

Greed is a way of life, when we stop treating greed as a natural human condition like hunger and sleep we can start judging Russia. We have the CEO of exxon running our foreign policy for $#@!s sake.

Putin on the Saakashvili circus in Kiev:
"How can you put up with this? How can a former President of Georgia be running around public squares in Ukraine screaming "I am a Ukrainian?
Don't you have real Ukrainians in Ukraine?"

Got his what? The lunatic level $200 billion Zippy spouts. Even Zippy's favorite info source the Washington Post says on the alleged billionaire status claim, "But where's the proof? Estimates of Putin's wealth lack even the smallest thread of evidence." The WaPo goes on with, "His assets (most notably some cars and apartments) were hardly those of a multi-billionaire."

Is Putin wealthy. Yes. He owns a few apartments, several cars and a dacha. That almost certainly is millionaire status, possibly multi-millionaire, but certainly not billionaire. It probably puts him in the lower third of wealth rankings of U.S. Senators.

Neither Zippy, nor anyone else has found Putin's secret wealth because it does not exist. He is not the secret owner of all of Russian oil and gas companies as the tinfoil hat wearing crowd proclaim. Nor is he the secret owner of all of the gas beneath the Kara Sea. Nor is the the owner of a heavenly palace on the Black Sea, nor any of the other hundreds of bizarre evidence free tinfoil hat claims. They may spend their entire lives seeking the super secret fortune, but they won't find what is not there.

Putin is destined to live a moderately wealthy life. When he retires he is not going to be the owner of all of Monaco living on some 500 foot yacht.

The Zippy is smart enough to know these claims are baseless. So one must question the motive of promoting the falsehoods.
