Estimates of Putin's wealth lack even the smallest thread of evidence." The WaPo goes on with, "His assets (most notably some cars and apartments) were hardly those of a multi-billionaire."

Is Putin wealthy. Yes. He owns a few apartments, several cars and a dacha. That almost certainly is millionaire status, possibly multi-millionaire, but certainly not billionaire. It probably puts him in the lower third of wealth rankings of U.S. Senators.

Neither Zippy, nor anyone else has found Putin's secret wealth because it does not exist. He is not the secret owner of all of Russian oil and gas companies as the tinfoil hat wearing crowd proclaim.
