Emotion Recognition Systems Could Be Used In Job Interviews

    https://it.slashdot.org/story/17/12/...job-interviews

Emotion recognition software identifies micro-expressions through video analysis. These are expressions that may be as fast as 1/25 of a second and invisible to the human eye, but a close analysis of video can detect them. These systems are being used in marketing research, but some employers may be interested in using them to assess job candidates.

Vendors claim these systems can be used to develop a personality profile and discover a good cultural fit. The technology raises concerns, illustrated earlier this year who showed that face-reading technology could use photographs to determine sexual orientation with a high degree of accuracy.

One company has already added face recognition into their iPad-based time clock, which the company's CEO thinks could be adapted to also detect an employee's mood when they're clocking out. Yet even he has his reservations. While he thinks it could provide more accurate feedback from employees, he also admits that "There's something very Big Brother about it."
Why even have humans conduct interviews at all? Ya know what? $#@! it. While we're at it, lets just make robots interview other robots.

A savage barbaric tribal society where thugs parade the streets and illegally assault and murder innocent civilians, yeah that is the alternative to having police. Oh wait, that is the police

Talk about a creepy cult mindset...

Yeah, and that is exactly what happens with Group Think Psychology.

Group Think is exactly the intended mindset that has caused those with half a clue as to what is going on in the world to refer to stupid people as "sheeple". Sheeple implies a Herd Think or Group Think, where the nature of the ideas is to propagate to those who do not hold on to those ideas. For Group Think to work, the ideas supported by the Group, and even the very nature of the Group itself must be Viral. A viral idea always has a replication protocol, just like it is the nature of an actual virus to replicate and spread, despite the negative consequences of that virus, be it a cold, flu, or whatever. Group Think is merely evidence of the viral nature of conformity to the ideas of the group.

The trouble with Group Think is that the Group itself is not responsible for new ideas. The Group is lead by one individual, or a very small number of people. Those "leaders" present their ideas as being a part of the ideas of that Group. This allows the leaders to use the Group Think as a means of introducing new concepts as being related to the Group so that those ideas are not challenged by many. It works the other way also. If a non member of a group expresses an idea that could be associated with a particular Group, that individual is labeled by others as being a member of that Group. "Let's raise taxes to solve problems" is typically an idea that is held by Democrats, so when an individual expresses that idea, they are almost immediately identified as being a member of that Group, and this can lead to Self Identity as accepting a brand of Democrat.

Facebook is nothing more than a huge Group, so almost all Group Think Psychology is applied heavily to all of its individual members. Many or most of the Facebook Group do not want to be a part of that group, and despite their best efforts to not accept the ideas that Zuckerberg sets forth as part of their thinking, the constant exposure to those ideas alter the thinking of those who use Facebook.

Emotional Recognition is nothing more than another means by which to cause acceptance of Group Think Psychology. The intent is to cause not only total conformity, but replacement of Self Identity with Group Assigned Identity. You WILL be in a good mood at all times of making someone else money. You will love the restrictions placed upon you by the Leaders of your Groups. You will be shunned and are expected to be sad if you are not accepted into your role of Slave.

Now for the "creepy" factor. We do see that Groups repeat viral ideas that are not conducive to either society or individuality. When we recognize that there is a genuinely unbalanced personality, we view those types of people as "creepy". If you were a female and met a person whose only desire was to fondle your tits, you would think that person is "creepy". Its no different than a Group of people that run around and express viral ideas that conflict with a persons world view to such a degree as the value of the individual is completely lost.

    Belief, Money, Violence

The expectation of Group Leaders to have Group Followers that always express the expected emotional state is nothing more than a more advanced form of controlling a persons Belief. Its not the whole part, but each part of a persons overall psyche tend to come from several different sources until each part supports the assigned mindset of the Status Quo to every Slave. The awareness of what is happening in the world tends to come from MSM for most people. The way people are taught to handle logical problems comes from Dept of Education. Your Emotions, Status, and Relationships are influenced by Religion and Advertising. The tools you use to communicate with other individuals in not only under surveillance, but manipulated to cause Group Conformity is managed by large Social Networks. There are a ton of Belief vectors that are unaddressed in this post because enumeration of each propagandic idea is beyond the scope of most peoples limited attention spans, but the concept is exactly the same in each scenario: think what you are told to think. And if that isn't a "Cult Mindset", then I don't know what is.
