    Trump Appears to Kill Bipartisan Obamacare Compromise

    President Donald Trump on Wednesday appeared to kill a bipartisan health-care compromise that was negotiated just a day before and that the president seemed to embrace. “I am supportive of Lamar as a person & also of the process, but I can never support bailing out ins co’s who have made a fortune w/ O’Care,”

    He changes his mind on things all of the time. He would probably sign anything put in front of him just to say he did something and declare victory. But Congress would have to actually pass some legislation first. They seem incapable.
