Lavrov: The breakup of Syria cannot be tolerated
    http://www.fort-russ.com/2017/09/rus...28Fort+Russ%29

Moscow has highlighted that the breakup of Syria cannot be tolerated or else it will become a chain reaction across the entire Middle East.

"First of all, fight against terrorism must be ended, but it is also necessary to start thinking how to restore Syria’s unity,"
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

"No division must be allowed, a chain reaction will sweep the Middle East.
This is what some would seek to achieve, those for whom it is advantageous to maintain here constant chaos, a mess," he added.

Pentagon Delivers 200 Trucks of Arms to Kurds for US's Next War Against Syria and Russia
    http://russia-insider.com/en/militar...russia/ri21024

"These weapons are not intended for fighting Daesh (ISIS) which is on the verge of being eradicated -
rather, for the next war against Syria."

On 11 and 19 September 2017, the first 200 lorries of arms and ammunition that the Pentagon offered to the YPG,
have been delivered in two separate convoys to Hasakeh.

The lorries were coming from the Kurdish region of Iraq and passed through the Semalka border checkpoint.

All the arms and ammunition were manufactured by the former USSR
apart from the US army’s L-ATV vehicles manufactured by the US company, Oshkosh.

Breaking: Satellite images reveal #US forces operating freely in #ISIS areas

BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:40 P.M.) – The Russian Ministry of Defense just released several satellite images
of the U.S. military and their allies from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)
freely traveling in the Islamic State (ISIS) held areas of the Deir Ezzor Governorate.

“Without resistance from ISIS militants the SDF troops are moving along the left bank of the Euphrates river towards the town of Deir Ezzor,”
the statement from the Ministry of Defense read.

“There are not even signs of organization of a battle outpost,” the Russian Ministry of Defense added.

The images below show U.S. armored vehicles and equipment
in this ISIS-held part of Deir Ezzor between the dates of September 8-12
    .

The Syrian and Russian military commands have accused the US and their allies of land grabbing in the Deir Ezzor Governorate,
while not actually fighting the Islamic State forces.

    Most recently, the SDF took control of the Taybeh Gas Plant along the eastern bank of the Euphrates;
however, recent photos reveal that the site was fully intact, unlike most structures the Islamic State abandons.

The U.S. Coalition has not commented on these accusations by the Russian military.

Breaking video: ISIS fighter admits that ISIS is forbidden to attack Kurdish forces in Deir Ezzor
    https://www.almasdarnews.com/article...es-deir-ezzor/

A video has just been released on social media showing the interview of an ISIS fighter from Deir Ezzor who admits that the terrorist group’s forces in the region are forbidden by their commanders from attacking US-backed, Kurdish-led militias.

The interviewee, Mohammed Moussa al-Shawwakh, says that his group, tasked with defending the area around the Conoco Gas Fields, was ordered to allow Kurdish forces to enter the strategic site. The order, he says, came from a top regional emir (leader) called Abu Zaid.

The ISIS fighter’s confession goes on to mention that Kurdish-led forces were also allowed to enter other gas and oil fields in the region in order to make propaganda videos.

Mohammed finishes the interview by saying that he knows for a fact that the US is attempting to establish an alliance between Kurdish forces and ISIS in Deir Ezzor province in order to undermine government-led military efforts to liberate the region.

Syrian Foreign Minister: US supports ISIS, Kurdish autonomy negotiable
    https://www.almasdarnews.com/article...my-negotiable/

    US
American military planes regularly airlift and transport ISIS terrorists from battle zones to safe areas,
presumably to use them in later offensives elsewhere.

“We have information and eyewitnesses on transporting ISIS terrorists aboard American aircraft,
and maybe the US wants to use ISIS terrorists in other areas,”

The Foreign Minister reiterated that all US military operations in Syria
are “illegitimate, and it came without permission of the Syrian government,”

    IRAQ
Regarding the issue of potential Kurdish secession from Iraq following the September 25 referendum in the region,
Muallem stated that Syria would under no circumstance accept the disintegration of neighbouring Iraq.
“This issue is categorically rejected by us, and we are with the unity of Iraq.”

    ROJAVA
However, this does not mean that Damascus is opposed to the idea of increased Kurdish autonomy in Syria itself, the minister said.
“The Syrian Kurds want a type of self-management within the borders of the Syrian Arab Republic,
and this issue is negotiable and can be discussed,
and when we eradicate ISIS (Daesh), we can sit with them and agree on the shape of the future.”

This statement marks a clear olive branch from the Syrian government to the US-backed Kurdish YPG (“People’s Protection Units”) forces,
which is currently fighting ISIS in the city of Raqqah, the terrorist group’s de facto “capital”.

Washington Playing with Dynamite and Terrorists
    :

Russian Lieutenant-General Valery Asapov, one of the senior Russian military advisers working on the ground in Syria, was fatally wounded at a command outpost manned by Syrian troops …

According to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, the death of the general is the price Russia was forced to pay for America’s hypocritical policy. …

The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) has accused the United States of supplying Syrian terrorists with sensitive information that allegedly allowed them to surround a detachment of Russian military police on September 18. … the US leaked the data in order to impede an offensive by the Russian-supported Syrian troops in Deir ez-Zor.

… US security services orchestrated an al-Nusra Front offensive near the city of Hama in the Idlib province, which was launched in an attempt to thwart the Syrian Army’s Deir ez-Zor operation. The Ministry reported that the Russian servicemen deployed to the area to monitor ceasefire in the de-escalation zone were specifically targeted in the attack.

The Russian MoD published aerial images which show US Army special forces equipment located north of the Syrian town of Deir ez-Zor, where Islamic State (IS) militants are deployed. … The images … in areas controlled by IS, also showed US Humvee armored vehicles used by the US Army’s special forces.

US and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) feel safe in the IS-controlled territory. As of September 26, the US Defense Department has been silent on the evidence.

There has been a lot of talk about the United States supporting terrorists in the Middle East, from photos released from abandoned IS hideouts with US made weapons, to reports of collaborating with IS in Syrian airstrikes. Some reports say the US created IS. As The New American has documented extensively, official US intelligence documents show that multiple Western and Islamic governments allied with Washington, have also supported IS, al-Qaeda, and other terror groups in Syria.

Last September, Abu Al Ezz, an al-Nusra unit commander, claimed the group has been delivered US weapons by third party governments that Washington supports. “We have the American-made TOW missiles, and the situation in some areas is under control,” Al Ezz added in an interview with Koelner Stadt-Anzeiger newspaper. When asked if the TOW missiles were initially intended for Jabhat Al-Nusra or if the group obtained them from the moderate Free Syrian Army, the jihadist clarified: “No, the missiles were given to us directly.”

According to The Washington Post, under a “three-year-old program initiated by the United States, rebel groups that have been vetted by the CIA receive support in the form of salaries, light arms and ammunition, and limited quantities of anti-tank missiles.” The CIA’s Train and Equip program for so-called “moderate” Syrian rebels was reported to restart in early April after being frozen in February of this year.

Hawaiian Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, a member of both the Armed Services and Foreign Affairs committees, has proposed the HR 608 “Stop Arming Terrorists Act” that would prohibit any US assistance to terrorist organizations in Syria as well as to any organization working directly with them. The bill includes a ban on military sales and other forms of military cooperation with other countries that provide arms or financing to those terrorists and their collaborators. …

After returning to the US, Representative Gabbard appeared on CNN to claim that the US intervened in that conflict on behalf of terror groups.

The legislation has a companion bill introduced in the Senate by US Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky). The S. 532 “Stop Arming Terrorists Act”

    From Dr. Ron Paul:

Now that the defeat of ISIS in Syria appears imminent … Washington’s interventionists are searching for new excuses to maintain the illegal US military presence in the country. …

Obama initially involved the US military in Iraq and Syria to “prevent genocide” of the Yazidis and promised the operation would not drift into US “boots on the ground.” … the US military became steadily more … The US even built military bases in Syria despite having no permission … Imagine if Syria started building military bases here in the US against our wishes. …

US-backed “moderates” turned out to be either Islamist extremists or Kurdish soldiers for hire. According to a recent report, the US has shipped two billion dollars worth of weapons to fighters in Syria … Much of these weapons ended up in the hands of ISIS directly, or indirectly … ISIS or al-Qaeda. …

Obama … claimed that the Syrian leader was committing genocide … and that regime change was the only way to save Syrians. … when eastern Aleppo was about to be liberated by the Syrian government, the neocons warned that Assad would move in and kill all the inhabitants. They warned that the population of eastern Aleppo would flee … But … 600,000 refugees returned to Syria by August. Half of the returnees went back to Aleppo …

The neocons and “humanitarian interventionists” lied. Just as they lied about Libya, Iraq, and so on.

While it was mostly ignored by the mainstream media, just this week a Christian was elected speaker of the Syrian parliament … 58-year-old Orthodox Christian …

How many Christians does our “ally” Saudi Arabia have in its parliament? Oh I forgot, Saudi Arabia has no elected parliament.

Why does it seem that US policy in the Middle East always hurts Christians the most? In Iraq, Christians suffered disproportionately from the 2003 US invasion. In fact there are hardly any Christians left. …

The US is not about to leave on its own. With ISIS all but defeated in Syria, many in Washington are calling for the US military to continue its illegal occupation of parts of the country to protect against Iranian influence! Of course before the US military actions in Iraq and Syria there was far less Iranian influence in the region! So US foreign interventionism is producing new problems that can only be solved by more US interventionism? …
